Meet the Team (5)
Paula is a compassionate Registered Manager holds SVQ 4 & 5, and is trained in Mental Health First Aid.
She qualified as an adult registered nurse in 1998, then went on to work as a Support Worker where she progressed into the role of Deputy Manager, then Registered Manager, before joining Hierarchy Support Services in 2023.
Paula is passionate about achieving the right outcomes through the provision of a high standard of support.
Paula's strengths include all aspects of person-centred support, and risk management, particularly for our service users.
Linda is a dedicated Senior Support Worker with over 3 years of experience in the support services industry. She has a strong passion for delivering personalised care and is committed to ensuring that each service user receives the right support, tailored to their individual needs.
Linda holds SVQ 2, with SVQ 3 in progression for completion in 2024.
Having worked with Hierarchy for over a year now, Linda has excelled in all aspects of her support delivery and additional duties as a Senior, particularly in quality checking and the progression of service user goals and outcomes.
Emanuel joined the organisation in February 2022 and has since excelled as a Senior Support Worker, with a particular focus on mental health.
Emanuel actively advocates for the well-being of both staff and service users. His strengths include building effective client relationships and maintaining accuracy and detail. documentation, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care.
Qualifications: Emanuel will progress his SVQs to completion in 2025.
Stevi joined Hierarchy Support Services in 2022 and holds a financial services qualification (FCA regulated) which translates effectively into reporting and outcomes management.
In 2023, she achieved a Certification in Operations Management.
Stevi is passionate about process improvements, working behind the scenes to deliver for the benefit of staff and service users alike, and compliance is one of her main strengths, ensuring standards are consistently met and exceeded.
Naomi joined the organisation in 2024 and has quickly made a positive impact on both staff and services. She is the first point of contact, ensuring staff, service users/friends/family are provided with exceptional support.
Naomi excels in quality assurance, and effective communication, playing a key part in maintaining high standards across the organisation.
