Q Care (Aberystwyth Area) continue to provide a professional and quality service for my father. When there's a need for information or advice from them, it particularly helps that they are an easily accessible provider. Also, the availability of a core hours on-call number means any real-time issue can be addressed effectively. All of the above means that Dad is able to continue in supported living in his own home, as is his wish. Thank you!

Q Care visit my Mother-in-law twice a day, morning and evening. They are always on time and on the one occasion they were going to be late, they rang me to let me know. The staff that we have are so lovely but extremely professional and caring, never rushed and always take time to have a chat before leaving. I really didn’t think my Mother-in-law would take to this package at the age of 95 but she looks forward to them coming and speaks highly of each Carer.
