The manager is so thoughtful and caring too. We've had no issues with the company but she's always followed up any personal difficulties we have had.
All the staff are very helpful and polite and tgey have good comunication skills and are very understanding i would definetly reccomend they take my child to the park and soft play and she enjoys it ,
The carers went above and beyond in supporting us during a very difficult time when my son was out of school. As a single mother, their help and understanding meant more than I can put into words. Communication was excellent throughout-they kept in regular contact, listened, and genuinely cared about our situation. Their support made a huge difference to our family. They continue to support us. They are not just carers but part of the family
All staff treat my children with love and respect and ensure they both get to enjoy and spend time in the community.
Also staff like to ensure that I as the children's caregiver get an adequate rest and always ask how I am. The quality of care for my
Children is fantastic and both my children look forward to the staff coming to take them out. They have both build quite strong bonds with particular members of staff and it's lovely to see. The children are taken to a variety of places which provides stimulation and to socialise with other people in the bigger community.
The care for my mother has been exemplary to date following her discharge from hospital, with good continuity of care/carers and a kind, caring and respectful approach demonstrated at all times. I am so glad that Rula Care will now be providing long term care for my mother and have full confidence in them.
Thank you Caroline for your kind words. This is definitely what we stand for, we are pleased that all the hard work is evident on the day to day visits/support. Your mum is a pleasure to be around.
We are very pleased with the service that my nan receives. The carers treat her with dignity and respect. They always arrive on time and come in with a smile. They are friendly and always thoughtful. The carers are aware of nan's needs and they are gentle and patient with her. She is always offered choice and never feels rushed on any visit. The carers brighten Nan's day, hearing my nan happy, laughing and singing during their visit makes us very happy. The carers are also very friendly, thoughtful and respectful towards my grandad. As a family, We are pleased with the ease of contacting the service and their prompt responses to any changes required. We have access to her care notes, which provides essential information on her daily well-being. All Rula staff, including management, give us reassurance of a reliable safe service. Thank you for your ongoing and continuous support.
Thank you for your kind words. I can reassure you that our standards will never lower and person centered care will always be our signature. Kind regards
We cannot praise everyone enough for all their help and support also always friendly and helpful
Have been with this company for many years and cannot praise enough
Thank you for your kind word. I can reassure you that our services will always focus on delivering outstanding support. Kind regards
The support workers go out of their way to helpful, kind and polite and the standard of care is excellent. All staff are lovely and approachable and reassure me if I have any anxieties. They can be flexible with you, if you can do the same with them; they are really the best company I have found and kindest. With my complex health needs they go out of their way to meet them and more. Rula Care choose lady staff that make you feel safe and are first aid trained which is important with epilepsy and autism. I want to thank Rula for their care of me I could not be in safer hands.
All carers are friendly, and extremely polite and show they care. Individual care plans are followed, and there are no cutting corners.
The girls, sing as they work and talk to my mother-in-law the whole time. Overall it is a really lovely experience having them care for her.
The manager is very approachable and tries to accommodate any changes needed in the care plan.
With Rula Care it is all about the client and meeting their individual needs, offering a fantastic friendly service, I definitely recommend them. A massive thank you to everyone involved.
The management team was extremely helpful, easy to communicate with, and well-organised.
Thank you for your kind words. Our carers enjoyed spending time with your mum and it was great to have a supportive family to work alongside.
Rula has cared for my dad up until his last moments, they have been amazing and every single career has gone above and beyond. I would highly recommend them to everybody, I don't know what we would have done without them, my dad loved them they kept him comfortable and content until the end and I am pleased to say they have now continued care for my mother.
They are very kind and courteous to us as a family.
Thank you. It was our pleasure to care for your dad, all our carers enjoyed visiting him. He was so polite and kind to them. It is an honour to now be caring for your mum.
All the staff who saw my friend were very competent, and diligent with the administration of the tube, as well as being very caring and cheerful. Staff were also willing to go above and beyond to sort things out when problems arose, such as when she was first discharged from the hospital but not all the equipment required to set up the PEG tube had been sent with her. Overall, I was extremely impressed with Rula Homecare.
Thank you for your kind words. Your friend was a pleasure to care for and our carer's enjoyed visiting her as she was so kind and friendly.
My mum is cared for by Rula staff and is supported with kindness and professionalism by thoughtful and diligent carers. We so appreciate the small ways in which the carers go the extra mile to support my Mum. In particular, preparing extra meals when she is super hungry and helping her to choose clothes which she loves to wear. It is this support which lets my Mum live in her own home which she enjoys.
Thank you for your kind words, they are very much appreciated. Your family makes it very easy caring for your mum and the carers enjoy visiting her. I will pass your words onto the carers. Again, many thanks.
We will always remember the carer's patience and understanding during my mother-in-law’s last few days of life. In particular, the ways the carer tried to persuade her to eat and drink and especially the hours spent brushing her hair.
The carer allowed my mother-in-law to live at home which was as she wished.
Thank you.
One lady is exceptional; her commitment to my mum knows no bounds, and she can’t do enough for her and us as a family, even when her own life is busy and not easy to deal with. She is a real treasure to our family in my mum's ever-changing time of need.
Even the boss found time to take my mum door to door to a medical appointment, which myself and family members couldn’t take her to due to work.
Rula Homecare is one of the care providers in Felixstowe/Ipswich which I would recommend. It‘s been managed very well. The staff are so friendly and caring. We have been using them for more than a year.
Thank you Mary, for your lovely words. It was a pleasure caring for your husband and a great experience meeting you both.
The entire team of both carers and office staff are truly excellent at all times. We are very grateful for the brilliant daily care Mum receives. The staff are all truly considerate and dedicated, and I have no hesitation in recommending Rula. Thank you, team Rula.
Mum is a pleasure to spend time with, and your family input makes it that much more special.
Outstanding care is given to my husband. The carer had helped me when I had a hip replacement, so it was a pleasure to ask them for help when my husband became bedbound. The care given to him was always with compassion and on the days when he was very unwell, they were always understanding.
You were both lovely people to assist. It was our pleasure to be able to help you when needed. We are here, in the future, if we can be of help again.
My late mum was cared for by Rula Homecare and their wonderful team - I was contacted almost daily from the owners to keep me constantly updated with how Mum was faring. Mum went into their care on a couple of occasions over the past two years until she sadly lost her life in July this year. Mum was treated with the utmost dignity and loved all the carers like they were her own family. I will never forget the kindness my family and I were shown. As I live in Derbyshire and Mum was in Felixstowe this constant contact was a lifeline. If I had any issues at all or Mum called me wanting something particular for lunch or was just simply having a bad day, one of the owners and her team would go out of their way to shop for her or if ever possible change the visiting time to ensure Mum had all she needed. Towards the end, I felt I had an extended family too and when Mum passed I was not only very sad to lose my mum but also my extended family that had become Rula Homecare!
Thank you! We will forever remember your mum in a very affectionate way. She was a pleasure to care for and always very appreciative and kind to her carers. It was a pleasure meeting and talking with you which made it easy to care for her.
