Very satisfied.
No problems at all.
Very happy with the team. Very attentive to my grandmother. Exceptional care and communication. Amazing teamwork with live-in care, everything 'ticks over' I'm so lucky to have such great care for my grandmother. Thank you.
Thank you very much for this lovely review. It is very much appreciated.
I would definitely recommend Rula Care to anybody.
Thank you! It is a pleasure to know you both and we all enjoy coming to see you!
Rula Homecare staff and management have been looking after me for 8 months, I am very happy with them and have every confidence in them. They are very sensitive to my requirements. Management and staff help with any problem I have and can deal with any situation which arises. I look forward to seeing them, they look after my social needs, we go out for a cup of tea or an ice cream, which I thoroughly enjoy. We also have a little discussion from time to time which is very important to me as I live alone. I can always call managers confidently if I have any problem or need to know something and they are always very pleasant and reassuring to me. I recommend Rula Homecare thoroughly.
Thank you for your lovely review. We look forward to seeing you too and are pleased that you enjoy your time with us.
Rula Homecare staff been looking after me for 15 months, I'm very pleased with this brilliant service I'm receiving. They go beyond and above to support me, staff even buy me fish and chips when I ask them to. Management are always approachable and very prompt and supportive whenever I called them. I can't wish for a better service. I feel more than safe with the Rula Homecare team.
Thank you, such kind words from a kind gentleman! It is such a pleasure to know you.
My mum is always treated with respect and giving the dignity that she deserves.
If I have any enquiries with management they are always happy to help and always make sure that my mum is satisfied with the answer.
Thank you Janna, such lovely words. Very much appreciated, your mum is a lovely lady to care for.
Awful uncaring staff. Unprofessional service from carers to management which was detrimental to my grandmother's health. Lack of training and understanding of needs very concerning. 30-minute visits but would attend for less than 10. Highly advise against using them. Carers rude and confrontational.
We...
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Rula Care to anybody.
Thank you, such lovely words. It is our pleasure to be to have met you and we are privileged to be able to assist you with all your requirements.
I find that Rula Homecare are kind, polite and respect my mum's dignity at all times. Nothing is too much trouble for them. They all work together, managers as well, for the safety and wellbeing of my mum. They are a great team. They constantly keep in touch with me with the changing needs of my mum's care and Mum and myself and the family couldn't wish for a better service. Wonderful people.
Thank you, Jennifer. Mum is a wonderful, characterful lady who is a pleasure to care for.
