Rula Home Care is a family-run care company in Ipswich, Suffolk.

The company was born from the desire to create sensitive, caring and meaningful support. The team of skilled and friendly staff support adults and children in the community to live independent and fulfilling lifestyles in their own homes and in the community.

They can support people with day to day tasks such as washing, preparing and eating nutritious meals, taking medication and getting out and about in the community. They also offer support with PEG feeding, continence care including stoma bags and catheters, and home oxygen.

Care is entirely person-centred, so whatever your health needs or support goals, the friendly team will be happy to discuss your needs and how they could support you.

Rula Homecare staff been looking after me for 15 months, I'm very pleased with this brilliant service I'm receiving. They go beyond and above to support me, staff even buy me fish and chips when I ask them to. Management are always approachable and very prompt and supportive whenever I called them.
I can't wish for a better service. I feel more than safe with the Rula Homecare team.

My mum has been with Rula Homecare for just under a year and we have had nothing but an amazing experience with them the staff, they are so respectful, loving and caring toward my mum. They are always punctual and always willing to the extra mile for my mum.
My mum is always treated with respect and
giving the dignity that she deserves.
If I have any enquiries with management they are always happy to help and always make sure that my mum is satisfied with the answer.

Awful uncaring staff. Unprofessional service from carers to management which was detrimental to my grandmother's health. Lack of training and understanding of needs very concerning. 30-minute visits but would attend for less than 10. Highly advise against using them. Carers rude and confrontational.

I have been cared for by Rula Care for just over two months now and I have absolutely nothing but praise for them. All the carers are very kind and respectful and are always willing to go the extra mile for me. The management are easy to get hold of and always happy to help in any way they can.
I
wouldn't hesitate to recommend Rula Care to anybody.

I find that Rula Homecare are kind, polite and respect my mum's dignity at all times. Nothing is too much trouble for them. They all work together, managers as well, for the safety and wellbeing of my mum. They are a great team. They constantly keep in touch with me with the changing needs of my mum's
care and Mum and myself and the family couldn't wish for a better service. Wonderful people.
