Tempnur Care

Following my Mum's extended hospital admission and 15 weeks in a care home for her rehabilitation, her greatest wish was to be strong enough to return to her home before her 90th Birthday. I started researching home care and after reading reviews for Tempnur Care I called and from that first conversation there was an immediate connection . They understood my concerns to do the best I could for my Mum to give her the best chance to live as independently as possible, but know she had help and support throughout the day as I don't live nearby and still work. There was an assessment, face to face with Mum while still in the care home which gave her a chance to say what she wanted. Mum loves her care givers, the smiles, the warmth as well as the professionalism in their duties caring for her . They carry out regular reviews with Mum and respond quickly to calls / messages. . Such a relief for me to find a company that really care how they care for their clients.

The service and help from Tempur during the last 18 months has been exemplary. Both for myself and my late husband. Their support has been much appreciated. Everyone was very professional and caring. I have care from Tempnur for the past 3 yrs and I am dismayed that the company is having to move and they cannot cover Barnsley area due to non referals from Barnsley Council. This has caused so much distress to me as the care I have received has been the most excellent. The support and care and friendship is the best. I would give Tempnur 10 gold star rating.

Would not recommend them to anyone

My partner had these carers in his home for just a few short weeks. Each carer that visited was friendly treating him with dignity and fun. He looked forward to them coming four times a day to help him with his personal care. He was sad to say goodbye as he had to transfer to a care home for end of life care.

Absolutely fabulous friendly staff that know what they are doing, since moving to this company it has relieved me to do other important things that I have neglected to care for my husband which I was doing single handed for around a year.

We had an amazing experience with these carers for my Dad. They were very professional, caring and gentle. Always had a smile and listened if we had concerns. My Dad was very happy with his care and often said they were lovely with him.

Cannot fault them. The staff are professional yet caring, considerate, friendly and go above and beyond for the care of my mum who has advanced Alzheimer's now. I could not manage without them. They listen to my requests and ensure Mum has the same staff at all times for familiarity. They accept quick cancellations if I need to sleep over at Mum's or Mum is fast asleep. Although I visit daily, I would be unable to work if it wasn't for them. Communication between myself and the carers is good as they message if a problem and the app lets me keep an eye on how mum is doing whilst I'm working and can monitor her food and fluid intake and ensure she is happy and comfortable. I can also relay how well Mum has slept etc. Thank you so much, you are lifesavers and help me keep my sanity.
