I receive an exceptionally high standard of care through blue Angel care. The carers go above and beyond to make sure I'm out socialising everyday, which has made a huge difference to my wellbeing. They've also supported me through the grief of losing my mother with genuine compassion and understanding. They feel more like family than carers. Their help extends beyond day to day care. Would be nice if timing was the same each day. Poor management rating because staff have turned up any time from 07:00 to 09:00 when expecting a visit at 07:45.

The carers are friendly and we can have a laugh with them, and they are willing to learn. But we have not had any continuity which puts a strain on us having to teach so many new people how to care for my son.

I started working in care in 2016, working in a childcare setting as an apprentice, focusing on SEND children care. I have since worked in a variety of different areas of care, ranging from Adult learning disabilities, Dementia specialist homes, to working for the ambulance services. I started working for Blue Angel Care in 2022 as a Caregiver.
I am now a Registered Manager. I enjoy my role as I am learning every day and discovering new skills.
In my spare time, I enjoy riding my motorbike and spending time with my family and friends.
