The carers are friendly and we can have a laugh with them, and they are willing to learn. But we have not had any continuity which puts a strain on us having to teach so many new people how to care for my son.

Blue Angel Care provided end of life care for my grandad. Although Only for a short time the care they gave to him was second to none. They treated my grandad with such respect and dignity during his last days. Not only did blue angel care for my grandad but they also cared for us, ensuring we were okay and even offering to do laundry or make us a cuppa. Every single carer that came through our door was so warm and friendly and really put us at ease. The management team were also great and went above and beyond when he was sent home from hospital without the correct supplies. I can not thank the team enough for what they did for my grandad and for making his last days as comfortable for him as they could. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

Each and every carer who looked after Dad was amazing, from the first day to the last. Nothing was ever too much trouble. They treated Dad with care and dignity and looked out for the rest of the family too. I cannot praise them enough. Thank you.

The carers are professional, punctual and nothing is too much bother. They have established a routine and get on with their jobs as soon as they arrive. They are all very friendly and they do an extremely good job. I am very satisfied.

Blue Angel cared for my grandad when he came out of hospital and needed end of life care at home. As a family we could not have been more satisfied with the care they provided grandad. They always went above and beyond to ensure he was comfortable and clean, ensured he always kept his dignity and supported us as a family when we needed it the most. Every single staff member that came was always so lovely and attentive to both grandad and us as a family and we wanted to say a massive thank you for making such a big difference at a very difficult time. Blue angel carers conduct them self's in a professional and caring manner. They turn up on time and no task is any trouble for them to perform. They do everything with a smile and enthusiasm. I found the office of blue angel always polite and helpful no matter what the reason or situation

All my carers are thoughtful, kind and most considerate. They take their job beyond the call of duty. I would recommend them to anyone who needs care at home. I have always been very private about my body, the carers at Blue Angels are very considerate of my feelings and make the experience as comfortable as possible on every visit.

The carers are amazing and do everything for my friend. They go above and beyond, nothing is too much trouble. They help with his dog aswell. They have helped him with his rehabilitation and improved his confidence.

We have been using Blue Angel as first-time users of a care agency for my father, aged 92, and my mother aged 80. They are struggling with their personal care and very limited mobility and as family all work, we were unable to meet their needs. The carers who come to them from Blue Angel are always patient and kind and my parents are very fond of them. We do have issues with timing sometimes, in that 11 am is quite late to be getting them up and dressed, but we understand that there are pressures on the carers themselves and that sometimes previous clients can delay them. My father has cancer, and Alzheimer's, so is unaware of his failing health but my mother is struggling with his condition and diagnosis, and the staff are always patient with her. They are both incontinent, and their flat smells really bad, and I do sometimes have to empty bags full of pads after the carers have left, but have left notes, so hopefully, this should start to resolve, as the bin is on the way out.

Blue Angels came into our life after my dear Dad was discharged from hospital and needed full-time care. I can honestly say, I don’t know how we would have coped without them. Although Dad had been living with us for some time, the level of care he needed after hospital was of a completely different type. Without exception, every single carer that came into our home was fantastic, kind, respectful, nothing was ever too much trouble, caring the list is endless! Having never been in the situation before, I was unsure what to expect, but I can honestly say, dealing with Blue Angels was a completely positive experience. My father is a very ‘old fashioned’ gentleman and he was treated with complete dignity at all times. I would also say, that for me, the support, guidance and care that was shown to me was amazing and I will always appreciate how much that helped me during an emotional time.
