Happy with care.
Would be nice if timing was the same each day. Poor management rating because staff have turned up any time from 07:00 to 09:00 when expecting a visit at 07:45.

The carers at Blue Angel have been amazing with helping my grandmother have the most independence as possible. They help her get ready in the mornings and without this, she would only stay in bed all day.
They never fail to make her smile when they arrive. They're all amazing.

I cannot sing this company’s praises enough. I am truly grateful for the care they have provided to my mother-in-law who has dementia and can be difficult to deal with at the best of times. They very much are angels.

The carers are friendly and we can have a laugh with them, and they are willing to learn. But we have not had any continuity which puts a strain on us having to teach so many new people how to care for my son.

Blue Angel Care provided end of life care for my grandad. Although Only for a short time the care they gave to him was second to none. They treated my grandad with such respect and dignity during his last days. Not only did blue angel care for my grandad but they also cared for us, ensuring we were
okay and even offering to do laundry or make us a cuppa. Every single carer that came through our door was so warm and friendly and really put us at ease. The management team were also great and went above and beyond when he was sent home from hospital without the correct supplies. I can not thank the team enough for what they did for my grandad and for making his last days as comfortable for him as they could. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

Each and every carer who looked after Dad was amazing, from the first day to the last. Nothing was ever too much trouble. They treated Dad with care and dignity and looked out for the rest of the family too. I cannot praise them enough. Thank you.

The carers are professional, punctual and nothing is too much bother. They have established a routine and get on with their jobs as soon as they arrive. They are all very friendly and they do an extremely good job. I am very satisfied.

Blue Angel provided palliative care for my Dad, they were professional and caring and nothing was too much trouble.
They treated both my Dad and our family with compassion and respect, it was as if they were there for all of us, not just Dad, the carers checked we were all OK before they left and if
we needed anything even just a cup of tea and a chat.
They were able to point us in the right direction when we were unsure of what Dad was entitled to and which department we needed to contact.
Blue Angel made our last days with Dad so much easier to cope with, and for that, I will be forever grateful.

I started working in care in 2016 working in a childcare setting as an apprentice focusing on SEND children care, I have since worked in a variety of different areas of care ranging from Adult learning disabilities, Dementia specialist homes to working for the ambulance services. I started working for Blue Angel Care in 2022 as a Caregiver.


After 6 months, I was promoted to Care Specialist. I enjoy my role as I am learning every day and discovering new skills.
