Really great, personal and responsive service from everyone at Home Instead. We could not have asked for more and every encounter has been supportive and helpful. they've made a huge difference to both me and my friend.

Me and mum get along very well with the care staff, a particular member of staff is great and does everything my mum needs when washing her. If I ever need anything extra I just contact the manager and it's great. Would recommend this service to people.

We have been very happy with our carer who did his best to engage with my husband with dementia. He was thoughtful, respectful and friendly and we were really disappointed when we found out he had to leave due to his visa not being sponsored.
I would have really appreciated being informed about this
from a supervisor and being asked if I was happy with his replacement.

All the home help people are great. Willing to do anything in the home. I'm treated with respect for my age. . The people in charge are so amenable with my situation. I would highly recommend Home in Stead to friends . The personal contact when needed is very reassuring.

Very impressed with Home Instead who provide excellent, caring, sensitive and holistic care. They do person centred care and provide consistency with the carers they send. Cannot praise them highly enough. They took excellent care of my dad before he died for which we will be eternally grateful. They
are streets ahead of other care agencies and are approachable regarding any concerns we have and they listen. Thank you to the manager and the rest of the team!!

Caring for a loved one from another country is nigh on impossible, until someone kindly introduces you to Home Instead. Their care is genuine and heartfelt. Their service is impeccable, exceeding every expectation. All communication by phone, text or app is invaluable. If you are looking for the

The manager has arranged a carer to accompany my Mum from Headingly Hall residential home to her choir and back every Wednesday evening from 6.30 till 9.30 pm. Without this help, Mum would have to miss out on her favourite weekly activity. I have found the team to be reliable, considerate and careful
despite the late hour of the task. Their judgement and communication (such as when they contacted me to recommend a wheelchair for safety in the future) have been excellent. I would highly recommend.

This company and manager in particular have excelled in customer services and their care.
They are prompt in providing answers to any queries or concerns that arise and deal with any issues quickly and efficiently. They show genuine concern their customers and have never let us down. They are a reassuring

Dad has been receiving care from Home Instead for almost a year now. Living over 200 miles away, they provide peace of mind to know that he is being looked after by people who have more than demonstrated they really care about him, both in looking after his many needs and providing companionship and
having a laugh with him. The care manager is excellent, going above and beyond with his support for Dad and responding quickly and proactively to any changes in care required, of which there have been many since we started using Home Instead as Dad's health deteriorated rapidly over the last year. I can't recommend them enough.

I was recommended Home Instead by a friend of mine, I was struggling with looking after my dad as I work full time and he had just had a car accident that lead to us deciding it was time to hang his car keys up and quit driving. Dad lives in a fairly secluded spot so I knew with his recent diagnosis
of dementia and the loss of his independence, he would go downhill quickly unless I got him some help and support. I contacted Home Instead as I had a pending holiday and I needed to put something in place really quickly. The manager came out to see me the day after I contacted him, he did an assessment of Dads needs and to my astonishment had the service up and running in no time at all. I didn’t know if or how long I would keep the service or if Dad would accept and be responsive to people going into his home. To my amazement, he responded really well. Six months down the line we have visits for companionship, light cleaning, shopping, doctor trips, driving trips, it’s excellent.

Hi, My name is Bahareh and I am the owner of Home Instead Senior Care Central Leeds. After finishing my master in Information systems, I started working as an IT consultant. My job was to work with companies, advising them on how to use information technology to improve the structure and efficiency of their IT systems in their organisations. Even then, it was really important for me to make my clients' lives easier through my knowledge of IT. In 2017 I started volunteering in a charity law firm that was helping asylum seekers and refugees and I found it so rewarding that I went for immigration law qualifications to would be able to help my clients even more. When I finally decided to have my own business I knew I was looking for something that provides compassionate services to the local community, so I started to research and I came across Home Instead Senior Care Ltd. Now My role is to lead the Home Instead Senior Care Central Leeds team and I am proud to be part of an organization that provides real positive changes in people’s lives.

Hi, my name is Chris and I am the Care Manager for Home Instead Central Leeds, I joined the company in May 2021 coming from a background in Health and Social care with 10 years of experience.
Before choosing to work in health and social care I tried different types of employment from being a butcher to working in an office, but it was my first role as a community support worker which really opened my eyes up to job satisfaction.
It gives me great joy to know that the work we do makes a difference in people’s lives.
I have continually engaged in education from completing a diploma in access to nursing and science and currently in my second year of a bachelor’s degree in health and social care.
I am also a dementia champion and encourage others to make a positive difference to people living with dementia.
