I have been useing this company for my neighbour since December They have been very helpful in getting the correct care for my neighbour They have helped me at short notice to help as she as been been in and out of hospital for falls/illness ,they have changed the care to her different needs Ginny and her team are very helpful at all times . I only have to phone and the problems are sorted. The carers go above and beyond to help and inform me immediately if needed . I also have a app to check on each visit. Sonia goes out of her way to ensure her customers are happy ,she as cheered my neighbour up so much when she is not well by buying plants ,flowers buying a cake to celebrate her 95th birthday it makes my neighbours day and it's really appreciated by us all so Thank you x
