The continuity of support to my dad has been very important to him and us. The team have worked hard to support his individualism, I am very grateful. His carers are kind, caring, compassionate and very understanding of his individuality. In his 90's with the frustrations of reduced mobility and unable to maintain full independence, the kindness and empathy is outstanding. The reliability, consistency and effective support offered has supported his quality of life. I am very grateful for the high standard of support and care to him and me as his daughter. You have maintained his dignity and enabled him to remain at home. I would recommend your services and cannot thank you all for your continued commitment to giving dad the best care.
Thank you for your review. We'll pass this on to the Carers. It is a pleasure to support your Dad, and we're delighted that he is happy with our service.
Thank you to all the team at PerCurra, we wouldn't manage without you
Your positive feedback is so valuable to us. We really appreciate it. Thank you!
My aunt is very particular and isn't used to having help, but the carers are so patient with her and I'm starting to see a change in her. I've wanted to get help for her for a long time but she refused. I'm just so glad it's all working well.
Thank you for the review. We recognise that not all clients are receptive to having support at home, and this is covered in our training program. After making a few adjustments, we're happy things are working well.
Best wishes to PerCurra.
We're happy to receive your positive review. It was a pleasure to support you.
A very lovely caring company. My mum is 95 and in sheltered accommodation. The carers she has met are very kind and helpful. I am very happy with PerCurra. It gives me peace of mind knowing she is being well looked after.
We are so pleased to receive this feedback. Thank you!
Percurra were able to adapt to Dad's changing needs over time and were very good at keeping us informed about his needs and any new situations. Their care meant Dad was able to stay at home for much longer than would have been possible without them, and for that, we are very grateful.
We're so happy that we were able to help. We appreciate your comprehensive review.
Very, friendly, reliable and punctual service, nothing is too much trouble. Very flexible with the shifts and any changes to it. Will do virtually anything I ask to assist and make life easier, not only for my mother but for me as well as I look after her. All the staff are lovely and feel like part of the family.
We are so delighted to be supporting your Mum, the team always speak about how much they enjoy visiting. Thank you for your positive review.
Brilliant service. The carers arrive on time, are unobtrusive, friendly and very caring. They always ask what else they can do before they leave. Cannot rate them highly enough! Thank you to the team!
We are happy to receive your wonderful review. We appreciate your feedback.
I can't thank the staff of Pecurra enough for their care and attention to my Dad. They have stayed past their contracted hours to help in a medical emergency and make him feel cared for with dignity.
Thank you! We are delighted to be supporting your dad. We appreciate the positive review.
