The care they give to my Mum is second to none! All the caregivers are gentle, kind and patient. The manager has always gone above and beyond with last-minute help if required.
Thank you to all the team at PerCurra, we wouldn't manage without you

My aunt is very particular and isn't used to having help, but the carers are so patient with her and I'm starting to see a change in her. I've wanted to get help for her for a long time but she refused. I'm just so glad it's all working well.
Reply from Terri McKenzie, Managing Director at Anaisa CareThank you for the review. We recognise that not all clients are receptive to having support at home, and this is covered in our training program. After making a few adjustments, we're happy things are working well.

I was so poorly that I needed someone to cook and clean for me and occasionally chat with. Percurra's carers did all that with warmth and willingness. They were always concerned about my welfare and considerate of my needs. They brightened up my day and I looked forward to seeing them. They made me
feel less lonely and encouraged me in my efforts to be independent as my health improved. I shall be calling on them again when I become ill again, which is very likely.
Best wishes to PerCurra.

A very lovely caring company. My mum is 95 and in sheltered accommodation. The carers she has met are very kind and helpful. I am very happy with PerCurra. It gives me peace of mind knowing she is being well looked after.

I would highly recommend PerCurra Care to anyone who is looking for care and support for a loved one. They were great at liaising with me before we were ready to start care and help us through the process. My dad was very reluctant to have any help at home, but within a very short space of time, he
was so happy to have the carers visit and said how nice they all were. They provided a range of services, from companionship, food prep, personal care and help around the house.
Percurra were able to adapt to Dad's changing needs over time and were very good at keeping us informed about his needs and any new situations. Their care meant Dad was able to stay at home for much longer than would have been possible without them, and for that, we are very grateful.

Very, friendly, reliable and punctual service, nothing is too much trouble. Very flexible with the shifts and any changes to it. Will do virtually anything I ask to assist and make life easier, not only for my mother but for me as well as I look after her. All the staff are lovely and feel like part
of the family.

Brilliant service. The carers arrive on time, are unobtrusive, friendly and very caring. They always ask what else they can do before they leave. Cannot rate them highly enough! Thank you to the team!

I can't thank the staff of Pecurra enough for their care and attention to my Dad. They have stayed past their contracted hours to help in a medical emergency and make him feel cared for with dignity.

  2. The score for the number of positive Reviews is 4.7 out of 5 from 8 positive Reviews in the last 24 months.

Detailed Breakdown of Review Score

The maximum Review Score for a Home Care Provider is 10, which is made up from the Average Rating of Reviews (maximum of 5 points) and the Number of Reviews (maximum of 5 points) in the last 24 months:

  1. 5 Points are available for the Average Rating from all Reviews in the last 24 months. The Average Rating of 4.979 for Anaisa Care is calculated as follows: ( (47 Excellents x 5) + (1 Goods x 4) ) ÷ 48 Ratings = 4.979
  2. 5 Points are available for the number of Positive Reviews in the last 24 months. A Positive Review is defined as any Review with an 'Overall Experience' of '4' or '5' (out of a max rating '5').

    The 5 points available are broken down as follows: 3 points for the first Positive Review, 0.5 Points for the second and third Positive Reviews, 0.25 Points for each of the next two Positive Reviews, 0.05 Points for the next five Positive Reviews, and finally 0.025 Points for the next ten Positive Reviews. (1st = 3, 2nd = 0.5, 3rd = 0.5, 4th = 0.25, 5th = 0.25, 6th = 0.05, 7th = 0.05, 8th = 0.05, 9th = 0.05, 10th = 0.05, 11th = 0.025, 12th = 0.025, 13th = 0.025, 14th = 0.025, 15th = 0.025, 16th = 0.025, 17th = 0.025, 18th = 0.025, 19th = 0.025, 20th = 0.025)

    The 5 points relating to the number of Positive Reviews for Anaisa Care is based on 8 Positive Reviews in the last 24 months and is calculated as follows: 3 + 0.5 + 0.5 + 0.25 + 0.25 + 0.05 + 0.05 + 0.05 = 4.65
  3. When a Review is submitted by someone who has previously submitted a Review, only the latest Review will count towards the Review Score.
  4. If a Home Care Provider does not have a review in the last 24 months, then it will not have a Review Score.
