I have been receiving care from your company for almost a year now. I find the carers fulfil my needs very well with courtesy and often compassion. They are, without exception, considerate, completing tasks with good humour. Most have a highly developed sense of what is needed and carry out their duties with attention to detail. Occasionally the work is made more difficult by last minute re-arrangement of the time-table, or route. I wish sometimes that the round could be managed with more attention to logistics e.g. customers in same area seen at same time to avoid long journeys

We started with Bluebirds Care in January 2025 and are very happy with the care my husband receives. The carers are all lovely, professional and respectful. I have been very impressed with the fact that senior staff have undertaken spot checks on the carers.
The only negative is that sometimes there is not consistency in carers which someone living with dementia needs.

I have a background in franchising across many industries, when Bluebird Care was introduced to me I was encouraged by not only the business opportunity but also the opportunity it presents to be able to make a real difference to people's lives both as an employer but also as a service provider.
Having worked for 30 years in a wide variety of industries, I joined Bluebird Care in January 2022. I am looking forward to putting some of the knowledge I have gained over this time into the care sector.
I have worked in the care sector for the past 16 years in a variety of roles, which has given me experience in all aspects of a Care Manager. I currently hold a QCF level 5 in health and social care and am working towards completing my ILM level 5 soon.
I started working for Bluebird Care in September 2023 I have been really welcomed and supported to settle into my job role by all the team. I am thoroughly enjoying working as part of a Dynamic team, ensuring we provide the best care possible in a person-centred way, for people to maintain independence whilst living in their own home.
