Overall Experience

I have been receiving care from your company for almost a year now. I find the carers fulfil my needs very well with courtesy and often compassion. They are, without exception, considerate, completing tasks with good humour. Most have a highly developed sense of what is needed and carry out their duties with attention to detail. Occasionally the work is made more difficult by last minute re-arrangement of the time-table, or route. I wish sometimes that the round could be managed with more attention to logistics e.g. customers in same area seen at same time to avoid long journeys

Very pleased with service overall, the team are frendly and treat me with dignaty. They always turn up, and come early when needed. They do my meds properly as well.

They ensurecthat i am safe and ensure the bathroom is left tidy after my call

Overall Experience
We are very satisfied with the carers and we have seen many due to sickness. Also I have complex needs due to MND.

Sometimes the times of visits are not acceptable. More contact with those in charge would be an improvment.

Generally good, initially issue re. times of call.
Requested 7 - 8 call am. 9 - 9.30 @ night.

My dad has been using Bluebird Care for over 2 years the carers are exceptional with him, he is treated with care, respect & dignity. They notify us of any changes and are always polite & considerate
I am a nurse myself and would highly recommend this company - the same set of carers all the time so they know Dad really well

We started with Bluebirds Care in January 2025 and are very happy with the care my husband receives. The carers are all lovely, professional and respectful. My husband even received a bunch of daffodils from them on St. Davids Day, what a lovely personal touch. We are happy with the service provided and would highly recommend Blebirds Care.

Carers have been very professional in their job. Very polite on phone when making contact with myself and leaving notes for myself to read when necessary, also going out of their way to do a bit of shopping i.e. bread and milk

An excellent service provider with lovely carers who treat my husband with respect and dignity.
I have been very impressed with the fact that senior staff have undertaken spot checks on the carers.

The only negative is that sometimes there is not consistency in carers which someone living with dementia needs.
