Cydney has over 10 years of experience as a domiciliary care worker. She has supported individuals in their own homes with compassion and respect, including extensive work in palliative care. She had also cared for her father during his final stages, which gave her a deep personal understanding of end-of-life support.
Cydney briefly studied nursing at university before deciding to pursue a more specialised path in private ophthalmics, where she continued to provide patient-centred care. Cydney's background in frontline and palliative care has shaped her approach—empathetic, reliable, and dedicated to making a positive difference.

Sam has previously worked in social services in older people's mental health teams, where she did various roles such as duty assessments, care plan updates and care arrangements. She also worked in adult placement. Previous background includes report writing and Area Fundraising Manager for RNIB.
Sam is our lead on HR, dealing with staff compliance and dealing with new members of staff. She's also responsible for booking and arranging new and existing staff training and enjoys bringing all her previous skills into play.
