We have been awarded Gold Award certificate of accreditation for 'progress for providers' in delivering personalised support for older people and people living with dementia. We are the first independent agency to obtain this award in Flintshire.
We can provide services from assisting you in the mornings, right through to retiring at night, even through the night, if necessary. We offer visits from as little as half an hour a week to multiple visits, up to seven days a week throughout the whole year.

JNJ Health started to care for my mum about two years ago, when she arrived home from hospital. They are an incredibly kind and dedicated team and nothing is too much trouble, caring compassionately for my mum who has dementia. My dad's health has now declined and he has also started to need support.
He was absolutely adamant he wanted JNJ to provide his care. The manager himself has gone well above and beyond what is expected from a care provider and he has offered such excellent care to my dad. We are all extremely grateful for his dedication.

Outstanding care for my elderly mum - above and beyond expectations.
I cannot speak highly enough of the care team, all kind, professional with an unwavering commitment to her well-being. They are compassionate and made her feel comfortable, respected, and truly cared for.
Nothing was ever too much
trouble. They go above and beyond, looking after her physical needs and giving emotional support, companionship, and genuine warmth, always treating her with dignity and respect.
Polite, courteous, and incredibly attentive. The team consistently provided the highest level of care. Their ability to anticipate her needs and respond with such grace and efficiency was truly remarkable. It gave me and my family complete peace of mind, knowing she was in the best possible hands.
If you are looking for a team that delivers exceptional elderly care with dedication and heart. I wholeheartedly recommend them. They don't just do their job-they truly care, and that makes all the difference.

The manager and his staff have been absolutely amazing with my partners mum. She is very elderly, frail and has a lot of health problems. They all deal with her with care and compassion, they are respectful of her needs and wishes when she is having a difficult day. So thank you for the care that she

JNJ Health care has been caring for my mum for over 4 months. They go above and beyond with their service. If I have a concern or problem with Mum it is dealt with straight away by the manager. Highly recommend this company and Mum loves the girls who come in every day to help care for her.

JNJ Health Ltd provided excellent care for my mum when she was released from hospital and for just under a fortnight before she passed away. The care team were professional, respectful and treated Mum with dignity and I heard nothing but praise for them from Mum. They even nipped out for provisions,
including food, when Mum ran short early on. Mum's health deteriorated rapidly and the carers were quick to adapt to her increasing needs. They provided, initially, four visits a day by one carer, rising to two carers when Mum's health deteriorated. I live a few hundred miles away and the manager kept me informed of Mum's condition. I will be forever grateful for his candid phone call when Mum's health took a sudden turn for the worst as I was able to get home to say goodbye to Mum before she passed.
The manager offered his support after Mum passed and he also took time to pay respects at her funeral.
I highly recommend this care team.

The manager and his staff have been very professional and friendly with my mother. There have been some issues due to the high level of my mum's care needs and taking over from the previous direct payments with emergency cover and no notice.
the manager and his staff seem to be coming from a compassionate
place regarding my mum's care.
Things are not perfect but the manager and his staff have reacted to extra little tasks with no notice and I am grateful for them going the extra mile.
It’s still early days about 6 weeks in but overall very happy and so is my mum.
She feels respected.

Met the manager and one of his carers today for the first time on my frail elderly mother's discharge from hospital. Very considerate and caring. The ladies will be going four times a day to my mother. The service they can provide is far more than I was expecting, eg personal care, assisting with laundry
and light hoovering and tidying. The services available have put my mind at rest that all my mother's care needs will be met. I would recommend the manager and his team to anybody.

The manager and his team provide an excellent service for my grandad. The team are always friendly and keep me informed of any issues or concerns.
They have also gone above and beyond on occasions which myself and Grandad are very thankful for.
I would highly recommend this caring team if you are

All in all, JNJ Health Ltd provide an excellent service. They supply one member of staff daily, for 1 hour, at 9.30 am, to get my mother out of bed and tend to her personal needs. This takes the form of emptying her commode. Wash and personal hygiene. Ensuring her room is left clean and tidy and re-stocking
any personal items used. Escorting her to the toilet and to her living room. All the staff are very friendly and have a good rapport with Mum. I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending JNJ Health Ltd to any future clients.
