JNJ Health started to care for my mum about two years ago, when she arrived home from hospital. They are an incredibly kind and dedicated team and nothing is too much trouble, caring compassionately for my mum who has dementia. My dad's health has now declined and he has also started to need support. He was absolutely adamant he wanted JNJ to provide his care. The manager himself has gone well above and beyond what is expected from a care provider and he has offered such excellent care to my dad. We are all extremely grateful for his dedication.

The manager and his staff have been absolutely amazing with my partners mum. She is very elderly, frail and has a lot of health problems. They all deal with her with care and compassion, they are respectful of her needs and wishes when she is having a difficult day. So thank you for the care that she receives.

JNJ Health care has been caring for my mum for over 4 months. They go above and beyond with their service. If I have a concern or problem with Mum it is dealt with straight away by the manager. Highly recommend this company and Mum loves the girls who come in every day to help care for her.

Met the manager and one of his carers today for the first time on my frail elderly mother's discharge from hospital. Very considerate and caring. The ladies will be going four times a day to my mother. The service they can provide is far more than I was expecting, eg personal care, assisting with laundry and light hoovering and tidying. The services available have put my mind at rest that all my mother's care needs will be met. I would recommend the manager and his team to anybody.

All in all, JNJ Health Ltd provide an excellent service. They supply one member of staff daily, for 1 hour, at 9.30 am, to get my mother out of bed and tend to her personal needs. This takes the form of emptying her commode. Wash and personal hygiene. Ensuring her room is left clean and tidy and re-stocking any personal items used. Escorting her to the toilet and to her living room. All the staff are very friendly and have a good rapport with Mum. I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending JNJ Health Ltd to any future clients.
