Yanah Care

I have found Yanah Care to be a refreshing change from the last company, the staff are attentive, friendly, and helpful. In the past 4 months we had only 1 issue where the car broke down and they were late, which was unavoidable, we requested going forward they call just to inform us, and they will but everything else is perfect.

The staff are always very pleasant and do a good job. They listen to my needs.

The girls are always polite and cheerful, although there is sometimes a problem with accents and sometimes we don't quite understand each other. They do the job professionally.

Overall the care is good. They do everything I ask them to do. The food is nice and hot. The carers are always friendly and helpful.

Very good. All questions answered. Staff all very caring. Nothing is any trouble but mostly Mum is very settled and happy with the care provided.

All the staff are approachable, usually keep good time and respectful to my mother and understand her physical ill health. Personal care is excellent. The staff are flexible regarding times and requests. Management is always at the end of the phone to answer any queries or worries. I would recommend Yanah Care for looking after loved ones.

From the experience we have had with this care agency, we can say with absolute certainty that there is no more they can do for my grandparents. The whole team have become a part of the family and made my grandad's stay at home the best it could possibly be.

Since carers have cared for my husband, I find they are capable and usually quite calm, this is vital! Due to his lack of speech and understanding his needs, they enquire 'how am I?' and will help if I need support. When my husband had a fall and ambulance delayed, the care agency along with our family stepped in to help straight away.

All who have been are excellent and sensitive people. Can't ask for anymore, worth their weight in gold. Thank you for being such a good company.

During one of the most difficult times of our family's life, Yanah Care Home have been outstanding going above and beyond for Dad and the whole family, caring, gentle, respectful, never talking over Dad and extremely kind and going the extra mile, cannot recommend enough, many thanks to all the team.
