Overall Experience

A very reliable and high standard of care is supplied by Helping Hands. Everything we ask for is completed in an efficient manner with great communication. A brilliant level of thought is given to our family member along with treating them with dignity, whilst assisting them with day to day living at home.

Overall Experience
We've found Helping Hands to be professional and caring when looking after my Grandmother over the last few years. The staff are friendly with her, and always make sure that she's as comfortable as possible.

Unlike other firms we've had in the past they never give the impression that they're having to rush what they're doing so they can hurry off to another appointment.

I started working for the Wigan branch in 2022 and I have since progressed within the
company to reach my dream of becoming Wigan’s Branch Manager. I am proud to work
for Helping Hands as we pride ourselves on going above and beyond and the support we
provide is outstanding. I was inspired to work in the care industry when my grandad was

diagnosed with dementia, and I saw first-hand the great work care workers do.
