Reliable friendly and professional they are always on time and do a wonderful job.
Everything okay. No problems.
Due to Dementia mum was quite difficult to deal with and could be quite verbally abusive at times. They handled this professionally and with patience and despite my apologies they said not to worry about it. However, there was one carer in particular my mum really liked. He had a calmness about him which I think kept her settled as she got upset on his days off. I dealt with two members of staff at the office and always found them helpful and supportive.
Thank you for your kind review. We truly appreciate your recognition of our team's dedication and professionalism in caring for your mum. Supporting individuals with dementia requires patience and compassion, and we are glad our carers provided comfort. We'll share your feedback with our team, especially the carer she favoured.
Overall review is that most of the carers are very professional in the care they provide. However, some of the carers seem to lack the experience and need to be told what to do. This is mostly to do with my wife's personal care. There are some things that some carers are unable to teach other carers. So they should be fully trained before they are sent out to do this job.
We have had brilliant service from Profield for 17 months attending to my invalid wife. I cannot fault the service we have had. Being punctual efficient professional caring and utterly trustworthy. I cannot praise their staff enough. Now they are contracting their service we will miss them greatly. A big thank you to all your staff.
The carers treat my dad with dignity, are very kind to him and deal with all his needs.
The care started when Dad came out of hospital in March 2023. Initially, it was four carer visits daily, almost without exception, I found all of the carers professional, kind, polite and with a genuine caring approach. This was very much appreciated by Dad and his family. We couldn't fault the enthusiastic and detailed service they provided, particularly when the daily attendance increased, first to 11 hours, then finally to 24 hours as Dad became very poorly and ultimately passed away on the 9th of February 2024. During the whole period of support from Profield Care, the staff helped reduce Dad's anxiety and made his life more bearable to the end.
It sounds like the care your Dad received from Profield Care was exceptional and made a significant difference in his quality of life during a challenging time. The dedication and professionalism of the carers must have been a great comfort to both your Dad and your family. It's heartening to hear...
Carers are getting me up for breakfast, wash/shower and dressing. Come again evening for washing me and getting ready for bed, coffee/sandwich.
Overall satisfied. Keep me informed of any problems as my mother suffers from dementia. Mother finds it difficult to understand what they are saying as I also do, being hard of hearing. Also due to the language barrier.
Absolutely fantastic caring staff always go the extra mile to look after my mum.
Not got a bad word to say about them.
Management do regular calls to check everything is going well.
Personally I would highly recommend this company.
The care that is provided for my father is excellent. They are very understanding of his needs and also have patience and compassion when helping him.
Thank you so much for your compliments. It really reflects on our services.
Mum is very pleased with both the carers who visit her and the care received. The carers are always friendly and always ask how Mum is and if they can get anything for her before they leave. It gives us peace of mind knowing that if the carer visits things that anything is not quite right then we get notified and we can take action.
We have two carers who visit in the evening. They put my wife to bed, stay overnight and wash or shower her in the morning. These two girls are excellent.
