Kimarchie Healthcare and Social Care has been taking care of my relatives. I started off with one relative but their professional care and hearty service drew me to include more than one and also to recommend them to my network of friends and relatives in the UK. I have had some friends also speaking the same about Kimarchie. I do recommend them to anyone for their professional service and conduct.

Great company, staffs are well trained, friendly and professional in delivering their services. They always treat clients with respect and carry them along in decision making. You can be sure your loved one is safe in their care.

The service delivery is fantastic. I am very happy with the high level of care being provided for my mum. I visited my mum regularly unannounced, and l have always met her in good, healthy and stable condition. I will be happy to introduce or refer people to Kimarchie Healthcare.

Continual assessment of my parents' needs means they can adjust the service to suit and make sure they're not paying for something they don't require. The ladies are unbelievable. So kind, caring and patient. Nothing is too much. My mind is at ease knowing they're there.

My 96-year-old mum broke her shoulder in late December 2022 and could not look after herself, dress, wash, cook etc. Infirmary/Social Services employed the manager of Kimarchie and her team to look after Mum at very short notice. The manager was incredibly helpful, coming out herself to sort things out, always being available on the phone. Initially Mum needed 24-hour care and the team were very professional and friendly. Eventually it was mainly one carer and I just cannot say how good she was. She treated Mum with so much care and patience. It was almost like her own mother. The carer helped me take Mum for hospital appointments, all with the manager's approval. I cannot praise this company too highly - they really care about their clients.

The services provided by this home care provider are second to none. My parents love their services and I think to the best of my knowledge one of the best in the UK. How I wish others would try their services. I love how their staff are caring to their clients.

I contracted Kimarchie to provide a relief carer for my client, while I took a break from the job. I was given an opportunity to speak to two different carers about the client, themselves and their expectations of the job. This enabled me to pick the carer that most suited the assignment and would effectively meet the needs of my client. I asked Kimarchie that the carer come in early on the day of handover. The carer arrived at the agreed time and was given a detailed handover. The carer sent me an update every day about the client’s progress. On resumption of duty, I found the client looking well and her living environment very clean. I had no doubt they had been well looked after. All key people had been kept informed of the client’s welfare and all records kept up to date. Kimarchie made a follow-up on our experience. They were happy for me to call, should I find something that needed reviewing. Kimarchie was supportive and professional at all times. Would use them again.
