All staff professional and friendly.Treated mum with respect and dignity at all times .Mum didn't find it easy to ask for help so carers had to prompt her and suggest ways in which they could help and assist her but they did this in such a way so mum remained in control and eventually came to realise she did need help.We very much appreciate the care she received .

STAFF:
The staff are patient and kind. They created a friendly environment. They have good time management once they get there. Very motivating and empowering in terms of improving one's personal hygiene. They respect personal space. Very caring and informative. They provide person-centred care.
FAMILY.
Due to Lidcare's engagement, the family is now able to come back from work and stay at their own. There is a reduction of phone calls from their mum as she now has people to talk to. My mother-in-law is kind of getting used to the support she is getting, days are different.
The family is pleased with the support of their mum.
The care provider are very professional and kind with my Mum when supporting them at home. I have always found all the staff team polite, friendly and nothing is ever too much trouble. A really big help. The carers go above and beyond on my son's bad days. They have a great relationship with him. As his needs are very complex they laugh with him on his good days. Are emotionally attached and show so much empathy on bad days.

They never missed a call and when she was unwell and in pain took extra care and also made her laugh.

Lindcare go above and beyond to look after my mum. When I can't be there myself it's a huge relief to know her needs are being met. All the staff are warm and compassionate and nothing is ever too much for the ladies. We have tried other companies before Lindcare with poor results. I'm so glad we didn't give up on looking for a care provider as they have really made a huge difference to my mum's wellbeing. I don't know what we would do without them. Thank you.

My husband's carers are very polite, friendly and very caring and efficient. even though he is sometimes aggressive, they manage to do all that is needed to keep him clean and tidy and usually leave him with a smile on his face.

Normally I would have put excellent but for a few occasions when I've been left in the bathroom to dry myself and finish off. I suffer from COPD and struggle with my breathing, this morning I was left to finish off bathing and drying myself only to find there was no breakfast waiting for me so I missed a meal. I told my carer I wasn't well and she still insisted on leaving me to go on to the next client.
This was followed through and apologised to the client, like you have said, you would have put excellent and this is not the norm for our carers to do so. We have been battling with the commissioners as the allocated times by the commissioners were not enough, this has been affecting other clients. We continue to strive for the best care.
My friend was a very anxious lady and worried and could be easily intimidated every single member of staff was happy polite caring full of empathy and supported my friend greatly throughout the months that they cared for her. She was the least anxious she had ever been with a care team. I had regular feedback from both the carers and manager and when I requested calls to be changed slightly in the last few weeks the manager was more than happy to do so. All the carers had such a happy and polite attitude and you felt they were very sincere their approach to me was also outstanding the main carer was exceptional.

Not only were they fantastic with my mum who had Alzheimer's but they provided a great deal of support for my father, who cannot speak highly enough of the care workers.

The care and compassion that staff working at Lindcare showed to my mum and myself was exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble.
