Overall Experience
I would highly recommend Abi support for the care given to my Aunt. They were very punctual and very helpful and respectful. I found their support and compassion to my Aunt to be excellent. The communication and management were also great and helpful.

Abi support Ltd has been my care provider now for about 4 years, they provide personal care and support care.
I have been having care now for 21 years since my health deteriorated, so I have had a number of different care providers.
I find the personal care that I have is being provided to a very high standard, carers are trained well, follow the care plan, and report any deterioration in my skin and well being to the office as situations arise.
I have support from Abi to assist with shopping, housework, cooking, and emotional needs. The staff are helpful, polite and extremely attentive supporting me to achieve what I want to do on a daily basis, but also using their initiative to do duties if I am feeling unwell and unable to do daily things.
I have been having care now for 21 years since my health deteriorated, so I have had a number of different care providers.

The office staff at Abi support are proactive if providing extra workers if I find myself needing more support. They provide me with a rota weekly as this reduces my anxiety. Staff are always punctual, smart appearance and polite.

ABI Support has been caring for our mother for just over 14 months, and we cannot speak highly enough of the company and its carers.
Having live-in carers has transformed not only our mother's life, but ours as well.
ABI Support is an exceptionally professional organisation, and every carer who has looked after our mother has been kind, compassionate and highly capable. They genuinely care about her as a person and treat her with dignity, warmth and respect.
Their role extends far beyond meeting her personal care needs, which they do with great skill. Communication with our family is excellent. They are sensible, practical and reassuring, and we have complete confidence in their judgement.
We feel incredibly fortunate to have found ABI Support, meaning our mother is able to remain in the comfort and familiarity of her own home.

Overall Experience
Abi have provided a large package of care to my father since April 2025. The registered Manager and the staff have always been professional under extremely challenging conditions. They have a really competent order of staff from carers to medication management. The carers are aware off the needs of the client and any changes to their level.of needs. This is reported back to the office and us dealt with promptly.

Overall Experience
The carers from Abi Support were reliable and attentive and were able to help my mother with her specific care needs and were on the premises at all times in case of need. These considerations are the most fundamental so I would say I was satisfied with my experience. My one reservation would be that when there wasn't a specific care action required the carer would often sit and look at their phone, not providing engagement or company for my mother.

Overall Experience
The individual care staff at abi support are on the whole friendly lovely and very hard working. They have this year installed new technology to improve medication administration accuracy.
They helped with multiple complex needs and I am a young adult with children. Most communications get centralised through management which can cause bottlenecks and delays and unfortunately complaint response process was not satisfactory.
