The individual care staff at abi support are on the whole friendly lovely and very hard working. They have this year installed new technology to improve medication administration accuracy. They helped with multiple complex needs and I am a young adult with children. Most communications get centralised through management which can cause bottlenecks and delays and unfortunately complaint response process was not satisfactory. They likely had patients with higher needs and priorities than my own.
