Care & Grace is a good company and I like their staff. Support Workers always make sure my room is neat and clean. They always make sure my bathroom is clean as well. I cant do any of that because of my eye sight. Support Workers also help me with transportation, anytime i call them to help me with
booking of uber, they are always around to support me. They respond whenever i call them. They do my weekly shopping for me sometimes when my back is hurting. They sometimes help me carry the shopping bags when my back pain is hurting me severe. They always support me out in the community to do showings, buy clothes, buy new trainers. Workers are very polite and respectful. They always get me to my appointments on time at the hospital, dental clinic, depot etc. They always make sure i get my medication on time. Always make sure i don't run out of medication. Workers always help me keep mu diabetics on control. I would recommend Care & Grace to everyone.

This agency is the best I have used to assist my father, bar none. The lady that looks after my dad not only takes time but is understanding of his every need, is respectful and very kind. My father adores her, as do the whole family. Care & Grace go above and beyond in their service and even spent
hours of extra time looking after my father after we lost my dear mom in December - because they were worried about him being so sad. Honestly worth their weight in gold! I live in the South West so knowing they are with my dad finally gave me the confidence to do things with my family without sitting with my phone by my side as I have had to with other agencies. They have simply become family. “Thank you” Care & Grace.

Care & Grace has been providing personal care for my father-in-law for over twelve months now. They have been very caring, hygienic and they give attention to detail and at the same time professional in the service that they have been providing. They are punctual and are very prompt in getting back
to you if you have any queries. They have been excellent in providing any emergency cover too. We hope to continue to use your excellent services. Thank you Care & Grace.

Unfortunately, this provider started well, so it's a shame to leave a negative review. They didn't promote independence as much as they could have, with my father-in-law losing some skills, as he was spoon-fed and could feed himself. The council let us down by not paying the finances as they should
have, leaving us unable to pay for the care. We managed to get the social worker to sort the finances out but we were left with no choice and they called time on the package, leaving myself and my partner having to complete the care Saturday as we couldn't get anything in place. We now have emergency care in place as this provider refused to continue until we had the right support. No care or grace about the situation.

However, we were committed in providing quality service and when the operational situation turned out otherwise, we gave a reasonable period notice for a replacement of service provider.
