I am very happy about the level of care i receive. The carers are all very professional, they are also very friendly, and helpful, always encouraging me to do things. I also like the rota system it makes me feel secure knowing who is coming into my home. Another big plus is that if anything has to change
then im always well informed in plenty of time. The level of care would be a gold star in my opinion.

Mum has now used this service for over two years and we are very happy with every aspect of the service. The staff are lovely and caring and I am always kept up to date on any changes or information. We would highly recommend this company.

Heart Link has been fantastic with my mum. Mum is a very anxious person and in the past kept refusing care, as she thought she could do this everyday on her own.
Mum now looks forward to the girls daily, she chats away to them at ease
Mum struggles with her mobility and the carers are so good and
patient with her, as in the past mum got anxious as she couldn't walk quickly, the difference to mum getting to toilet etc knowing the girls are with her every step of the way.
The app on our phones are really good as we can see when a carer has checked in, this gives us peace of mind especially in morning as I head to work, reading the report tells how mums been at night
If carers are going to be late, you are always informed, this has only happened a couple times in the 2 yrs mums had heart link.
The management team are always on hand if I need to communicate through what's app.
I can't express enough how much we as a family appreciate the heart link team on caring for our mum.

I am so grateful for the care and support Heart Link owners and staff gave to my dad for over two years. If I could give them 10 stars rating I would !
The carers are a credit to this company and were always very friendly and competent and went that extra mile when looking after my dad. I would have
been lost without them and knew he would be looked after to an exceptional standard.
The owners, were always available for help and advice whenever I needed it as things would be quite stressful at times when dad had to go into hospital on several occasions. They were always only a phone call away. I now think of them as friends and have so much respect and gratitude for them.
I highly recommend Heart Link to anyone needing an exceptional level of care.

We are so grateful that Heart Link looked after our mum for the last few months of her life. The carers were warm, friendly and extremely kind, and our mum looked forward to their visits each day. The girls got to know her very well and took the time to talk and lift her spirits if she was having a
bad day. The management team were always available to support us and were quick to respond to the many changes as our mum was frequently in and out of hospital. The app was particularly useful for updates throughout the day while we were at work.
We also made use of overnight care as our mum's health deteriorated. This service has varying costs depending on the level of care required but was absolutely invaluable to us and so much appreciated by our mum to give her extra peace of mind on the nights the family couldn't stay.
We can't thank you enough for the compassionate, individual and professional service you provided.

All staff and management are very caring, supportive and client-focused. All tasks are always carried out with dignity and respect. The app used by staff is a great tool to keep the family updated with care. All contact with management is always professional and supportive. Would definitely recommend

Heart Link provided care to my mother (aged 93) for much of 2023. The service they provided was excellent being both very professional but also friendly. My mum wanted to stay living in her own home and the care provided to her (4 visits a day) allowed her to do this. The carers were dedicated, supportive,
reliable and very caring.
I must also mention management who were always contactable and responded quickly and effectively to changing circumstances.
The app was also very useful in being able to check that Mum was receiving the care she needed.

The care my parents received from Heart Link could not have been better. The carers were, without exception, professional, knowledgeable, compassionate, and kind. They got to know Dad and Mum well and it was lovely to hear them chatting away whilst taking care of my parents’ needs. Dad and Mum had multiple
needs which, on several occasions, changed quickly and unexpectedly- the response from the manager and the team was always speedy, helpful, and 100% supportive, with Dad and Mum’s well-being absolutely central. I found communication with the team better than I could ever have hoped for and the app was great! As a family we truly valued everything Heart Link did to ensure Mum and Dad got the care they deserved in their final months - and their support of me and my brothers, navigating our way through a very challenging year, was exceptional. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Heart Start have been supporting my mother to stay at home for nearly a year. They offer a first class service. Carers arrive promptly and offer the support agreed with professionalism and compassion. Their level of care and flexibility has been excellent. Any issues have been dealt with immediately
and the manager is always at the end of the phone when I have called. Grateful thanks to the team who have been lovely to work with throughout.

I have had a fantastic experience with Heart Link Healthcare Services. The care provided was very professional and supportive, and the carers were always punctual. Any directions or tasks requested were always followed. The management team were readily available and provided an exceptional service,
this sets them apart from other care providers. I would not hesitate to recommend this company and am very grateful for the help and care that was given to my father.

All the staff that cared for my mum, who has Alzheimer's, were excellent, professional, and very patient with her even when Mum was having a bad day. I can't thank them enough. We were always notified if girls were running late, and they never let us down.

I was very lucky to find the Homecare team. They were so kind and gentle with my husband. The carers were lovely, smiling and cheerful. I always had notifications if they were going to be more than 15 minutes late. Although my husband had dementia he would light up when the girls arrived. I wish I had
found them earlier- life would have been a lot easier.

This care company's standards are second to none. The staff were very professional and articulate, the treatment my dear mother received was excellent. I would highly recommend this company for any type of care work it carries out, the care workers that came to my home to look after my mother were polite
punctual, and did a superb job.

We could not fault the excellent care our mother received from Heart Link Health Care Services in any way, from the initial meeting with the owners to our Mum’s last visit from her carer. She was treated with compassion and dignity, with her carer taking the time to get to know Mum and in particular
familiarising herself with all her medications. The carer was punctual, polite, professional but friendly, knowledgeable and communicative with my sister and I. The only regret we have is that we did not find Mum’s carer sooner.

One carer has been attending to my sister's needs from 22nd September and leaves on the 6th December when she goes into a care home. The staff member carrying out the various tasks has shown to be a very considerate and responsible person, working to a high standard. She has a lovely way with an elderly
person and my sister has been very happy in her care.
