So friendly and helpful. My mum had been in hospital and need full time care until I knew she had to go into a care home. I can't praise the carers enough. The service is invaluable. Nyari and her team looked after Dad for a few years and the service they provided was exceptional. Everyone was friendly, polite and very caring. Throughout Dads care we were kept up to date with regular communication and nothing was ever too much trouble. My brother, sister and I cant thank them enough for how they looked after Dad and we wholeheartedly recommend them.

I am very happy about the level of care i receive. The carers are all very professional, they are also very friendly, and helpful, always encouraging me to do things. I also like the rota system it makes me feel secure knowing who is coming into my home. Another big plus is that if anything has to change then im always well informed in plenty of time. The level of care would be a gold star in my opinion.

Mum has now used this service for over two years and we are very happy with every aspect of the service. The staff are lovely and caring and I am always kept up to date on any changes or information. We would highly recommend this company.

The care my parents received from Heart Link could not have been better. The carers were, without exception, professional, knowledgeable, compassionate, and kind. They got to know Dad and Mum well and it was lovely to hear them chatting away whilst taking care of my parents’ needs. Dad and Mum had multiple needs which, on several occasions, changed quickly and unexpectedly- the response from the manager and the team was always speedy, helpful, and 100% supportive, with Dad and Mum’s well-being absolutely central. I found communication with the team better than I could ever have hoped for and the app was great! As a family we truly valued everything Heart Link did to ensure Mum and Dad got the care they deserved in their final months - and their support of me and my brothers, navigating our way through a very challenging year, was exceptional. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Heart Start have been supporting my mother to stay at home for nearly a year. They offer a first class service. Carers arrive promptly and offer the support agreed with professionalism and compassion. Their level of care and flexibility has been excellent. Any issues have been dealt with immediately and the manager is always at the end of the phone when I have called. Grateful thanks to the team who have been lovely to work with throughout.

All the staff that cared for my mum, who has Alzheimer's, were excellent, professional, and very patient with her even when Mum was having a bad day. I can't thank them enough. We were always notified if girls were running late, and they never let us down.

I was very lucky to find the Homecare team. They were so kind and gentle with my husband. The carers were lovely, smiling and cheerful. I always had notifications if they were going to be more than 15 minutes late. Although my husband had dementia he would light up when the girls arrived. I wish I had found them earlier- life would have been a lot easier.

This care company's standards are second to none. The staff were very professional and articulate, the treatment my dear mother received was excellent. I would highly recommend this company for any type of care work it carries out, the care workers that came to my home to look after my mother were polite punctual, and did a superb job.

We could not fault the excellent care our mother received from Heart Link Health Care Services in any way, from the initial meeting with the owners to our Mum’s last visit from her carer. She was treated with compassion and dignity, with her carer taking the time to get to know Mum and in particular familiarising herself with all her medications. The carer was punctual, polite, professional but friendly, knowledgeable and communicative with my sister and I. The only regret we have is that we did not find Mum’s carer sooner.

One carer has been attending to my sister's needs from 22nd September and leaves on the 6th December when she goes into a care home. The staff member carrying out the various tasks has shown to be a very considerate and responsible person, working to a high standard. She has a lovely way with an elderly person and my sister has been very happy in her care.
