I started with Anglian Care in October 2015 as a member of the care team. Over the years, I have completed various qualifications and training schemes to work up to this role.

Sam has been a great success at Anglian Care, attending Southend Adult College and, with some great work, has passed Level 2 and 3 diplomas with City & Guilds in Health and Social Care.

Sam has gone from strength to strength, helping the Team at Anglian Care to provide a valuable care service for the elderly in our local community. This enables Anglian Care to support its service users if required 24 hours 365 days a year.

Fiona has 22 years of experience in the Health and Social Care sector, working in various roles including Community Support Facilitator, Service Lead, Locality Coordinator, Operations Manager and Area Business Manager/Registered Manager. Fiona has a proven track record for developing services and teams and was recognised for this when her service was awarded an overall ‘Outstanding’ rating by CQC in 2019.

Charlotte is the Care Coordinator for Anglian Care in Chelmsford, helping to ensure clients receive high-quality, reliable care that is tailored to their individual needs.
