out of hospital is a daunting experience, especially after a period of inactivity, but nothing was too much for these carers and they have assisted me greatly in adjusting back to home life. Disappointed that we were not able to retain them for the full period of my re-enablement!

an unexpected passing. The carers on duty were incredibly helpful and empathetic with both my mum and myself. I truly believe that it takes a certain kind of (wonderful) person to do the job that they do. However, I have had no wishes of sympathy (or even a phone call) from the head office or owner. I have however been challenged with insensitive harassment over and over for the outstanding balance owed by my dead mother. I have continually explained that when my mother's estate has been settled, the payment will be made. The contract was solely with her and my hands are tied. They now insist that they will be charging for late payment! Care? Really?

She is always so happy to see them when they come in and loves a little catch-up and a few laughs while being helped to bed or being helped up in the morning. These things are priceless and give me so much comfort about the care Mum is receiving. Nothing is too much trouble and yet again the office staff have gone above and beyond sorting extra care so quickly and doing an emergency afternoon visit today. I cannot thank you enough and we feel so lucky!

friendly relationship with her. This not only helped Mum but all of our family who for the first time in a long time, could actually relax whilst carers were in the home. This had a wonderful impact on our Dad who was equally treated with compassion and was always included in any decisions regarding Mum's ongoing care.
