Anglian Care Benfleet

Having just received a period of Bridging Care for 10 days, the service received was outstanding, caring, and efficient! A specific thank you to two members of staff who provided exemplary service in a friendly and efficient manner and were ably assisted by other members of staff in particular. Coming out of hospital is a daunting experience, especially after a period of inactivity, but nothing was too much for these carers and they have assisted me greatly in adjusting back to home life. Disappointed that we were not able to retain them for the full period of my re-enablement!

I just wanted to say how unbelievably grateful I am to the amazing team you sent here. I know there was two staff members whos names I know. There was 2 others and was also another lovely lady.

The care and compassion they showed my dad was simply outstanding in my eyes, caring and making jokes with him, assisting his personal needs and nothing was to much. Always a happy friendly face and good old natter to make him comfortable. Not only did they make him extremely relaxed but it's made me trust the system again after terrible care he received from a different company when he was living in Leigh on sea. 

I know it's their 'job', however, to be as caring and compassionate as they were needs to be recognised. 

I really hope they know how valued they are as they work as a fabulous team and I'd recommend them to anyone.

Care above and beyond for my ex-wife, she has been desperately ill with neck/throat cancer. Your diligence and dedication have been outstanding. When visiting their office in Benfleet, always greeted with a smile.

The carers from Anglian were amazing. Very professional and extremely lovely people. We really felt they cared for our grandad in his time of need. Would absolutely recommend this care company.

My mum has been receiving care from Anglian Care Benfleet for a good couple of years now. In the last week, I have met four of her carers and have had cause to organise more care for her. Both carers and office staff have been absolutely fantastic, reassuring me and looking after my mum so brilliantly. She is always so happy to see them when they come in and loves a little catch-up and a few laughs while being helped to bed or being helped up in the morning. These things are priceless and give me so much comfort about the care Mum is receiving. Nothing is too much trouble and yet again the office staff have gone above and beyond sorting extra care so quickly and doing an emergency afternoon visit today. I cannot thank you enough and we feel so lucky!

My grandfather has been a service user of Anglian Care for a couple of months now as it was evident he needed extra care and their support throughout the process has been excellent. My grandfather was initially reluctant to have care but he's given nothing but positive feedback since being with them.

Anglian Care provided a level of service which was unprecedented. We had used previous agencies to help with the care of our Mum but they were unable to provide the level of personal care required. The carers from Anglian Care treated Mum with the utmost dignity at all times and developed a warm and friendly relationship with her. This not only helped Mum but all of our family who for the first time in a long time, could actually relax whilst carers were in the home. This had a wonderful impact on our Dad who was equally treated with compassion and was always included in any decisions regarding Mum's ongoing care. I would happily recommend Anglian Care to anyone seeking quality care tailored to the needs of an individual.

Thank you to all the staff at Anglian Care that have looked after my Mum since December last year you have been amazing. Our family feel so fortunate to have found a company who showed such compassion for Mum, with your help we kept her safe and happy. We thank the management team for their total support throughout and for being proactive in responding to emails and phone calls. Although she didn't remember any of your names you were all "lovely friendly girls."

I was present for one of the care visits from Anglian Care, and I was so impressed with the service of the carer that day. She really did go above and beyond, treating my friend with the utmost dignity. It’s not often, but I was so impressed that I felt compelled to write a review.

The care provided by all the team at Anglian Care for my mother has been outstanding. From the office team to the front line staff, I cannot praise them highly enough. Mum is in the early stages of Alzheimer's and she has been treated with dignity and compassion. Nothing has been too much trouble, even reinstating care at very short nice after a stay in respite. I would happily recommend Anglian Care to anyone who is looking for excellent care for an elderly relative.

Wonderful carer provider, we’ve been using for nearly 2 years now, carers are caring, friendly and very helpful, always cheerful. Some go above and beyond when extra help is needed. The office staff are very approachable so if something needs tweaking it’s not a problem they are on it straight away and check regularly that everything is going well. They look after my Aunt too now, it’s such a relief to know they are well looked after by this care provider. Would highly recommend them to anyone. Thank you Anglian Care for everything you do.

The care provided by Anglian has been second to none. Anglian's staff are professional, experienced, confident and pragmatic. They have consistently delivered quality care, even throughout the pandemic.

Anglian Care is a real life line for my dad. He is 97 years old and now lives on his own, since his wife died in 2019. The Anglian Care girls really lift his spirits as he is now housebound. It has also eased the pressure on myself, especially now with all the lockdown restrictions. Anglian's Office always keep me updated with any concerns they may have about Dad and often liaise with his doctor and pharmacy if needed.

I really appreciate the professional support you have provided me with, in caring for my mum, but even more the support you give me personally. It allows me to maintain a mother-daughter relationship with my mum, whilst you take care of her needs.

Since our initial engagement with Anglian Care, my family have been very impressed with their level of customer service. This has been extended to the level of home care that is being provided to our Mother. They have been a fantastic help in getting all of the things in place that are needed to make Mum as comfortable as possible, at this very difficult time. One member of staff at Anglian Care has always responded promptly to every request and followed up on everything, to ensure that our care package has been implemented to meet Mum’s exacting requirements. All of the staff are very caring and kind and want to help, which is so reassuring. I would not hesitate in recommending Anglian Care to anyone looking for home care services.

I cannot recommend this care company more. The carers were brought in to provide care for my father, which was outstanding. They were courteous, friendly and professional. In addition, the carers were extremely supportive to my mother, treating her with respect and answering all queries. The manager was always on hand should my mum require further advice. Unfortunately, we have had to deal with many different carers this year, and this standard is rare to find, this team set the standard all should aspire to. This team provided the best service for both my parents. I would like to thank the team for making a difficult time easier. They are very professional and provide a very caring culture and approach to their clients, enabling support and a friendly ear, always going the extra mile.

Mum is 96 years old. We believe the care and affection given to Mum enabled her to live with dignity and has encouraged her longevity. Mum had care from Anglian for four years, beginning with three single visits, then four daily. Mum became bed-bound then had two carers each visit. Mum's health deteriorated. Carers informed GP and emergency services and family. We formed strong communication with management.

My Mum was receiving carers in two visits, four times a week and they were always extremely caring and kind. Unfortunately, my Mum has now had to go into a care home due to the mixed dementia and now needing 24 hour supervision). I would like to take this opportunity to thank all the team for their support, not only with Mum but to myself as well at such a difficult time. They come highly recommended.

The care provided for the last few years, especially the last 6 months of mum's life, was second to none. They treated her with such respect and dignity and kept her smiling. If we had any issues (which was very rare) these were dealt with straight away. Can't thank Anglian Care enough, especially in the last month of mum's life, which allowed her to stay at home.

The service provided was excellent. All the staff were highly competent and very caring. Timekeeping was very good and the admin staff also very good. No problems experienced, all requirements met.
