The staff, both at their head office and the visiting carers, are always cheerful and professional in their approach - both my uncle and his wife look forward to their visits and cannot speak highly enough about them. I would certainly recommend them to anyone seeking care services in their area.

Very helpful, very friendly. Kept up with Dad's washing. Tried very hard to get him to eat. Kept him clean and made sure he was safe. Had to call them out on several occasions when Dad had an accident to clean him. This was done with care and dignity.

Her personal care was second to none. She passed away 18 months ago and then my father continued with the company for household cleaning services. I did realise that it would be very simple to "up" the hours when and if dad needed more intimate care. Sadly that was never necessary as he passed away very rapidly.

Very pleased with all the care that Anglian Care provided up to the 15th April and before for my Mother.

My Mum has been using Anglian Care since December 2017. Both Mum and I have been very impressed how professional the company is run and how caring all the carers are. All the carers always take time with Mum and making sure she has everything she needs before leaving, they always check that she has taken her medication and making her a hot drink if she wants one. There has been a couple of occasions when Mum has been unwell and they have called the doctor to arrange a home visit. We could not ask for a better service.

Anglian care has always provided excellent care to my parents. Following the death of my father, their help and assistance were exceptional. They proved to be extremely flexible in providing additional care for my mother even at short notice this included providing longer periods of care some of which was overnight. I'm not sure how we would have coped without their support.

My father in law has care visits AM and PM daily. They are very good with him and make him feel comfortable. They chat with him and make him tea and toast, which he loves. He always tells me about their visits and chats. We are very happy with this service.

My late mum received home care from Anglian Care Ltd for over four years. The service and care have been excellent which has enabled her to stay in her own home. The management and team of carers are very professional which reflects the level of care. The carers are extremely reliable, trustworthy and very caring towards her client.

I contacted Anglian Care Ltd in the early part of 2015 and they quickly set up a care package for my Aunt. As she deteriorated they were able to adjust where required and this helped my aunt's who was 90 and myself to cope. They were at all times very caring and professional sadly she died in November 2016.

In March 2017, my other aunt was taken ill and Anglian Care Ltd managed to sort a care package in only a few hours which was a great comfort as she became seriously ill and died 2 weeks later.

Anglian Care Ltd went out of their way to accommodate my Aunts and it was very much appreciated.

Anglian Care have been excellent care workers for my mum. Always doing more than was asked. I would recommend them to anyone. I had tried 3 other agencies before Anglian Care.

The care my mum received whilst Anglian Care were visiting her was excellent. All the carers were polite and very helpful. My mother's main carer we saw was patient and very helpful with my mum, she put in extra shifts when dad passed away to sit with my mum so I could go and make all my dad's funeral arrangements.

She also attended the funeral as my mum's carer. Also, another carer went beyond her duties and sat with mum one evening so I could attend a family function. I would recommend Anglian Care to anyone looking for care in the home.
