On many occasions, the carers have gone over and above to help my mum and have supported me when needed. I would highly recommend Anglian Care Ltd and personally would like to thank them for caring for my mum. Thank you.
In March 2017, my other aunt was taken ill and Anglian Care Ltd managed to sort a care package in only a few hours which was a great comfort as she became seriously ill and died 2 weeks later.
Anglian Care Ltd went out of their way to accommodate my Aunts and it was very much appreciated.
She also attended the funeral as my mum's carer. Also, another carer went beyond her duties and sat with mum one evening so I could attend a family function. I would recommend Anglian Care to anyone looking for care in the home.

Zoe joined the Anglian Care team in February 2022 as a Care Coordinator and is now our Bridging Coordinator for our bridging hospital discharge service.
She has 9 years of experience working within the care sector, and in her previous role as Care Coordinator, she received outstanding feedback from CQC about her care plans and risk assessments. Zoe has almost completed her level 3 NVQ in Health and Social Care, which she's studying alongside her role as Care Coordinator.

Fiona has 22 years of experience in the Health and Social Care sector, working in various roles including Community Support Facilitator, Service Lead, Locality Coordinator, Operations Manager and Area Business Manager/Registered Manager. Fiona has a proven track record for developing services and teams and was recognised for this when her service was awarded an overall ‘Outstanding’ by CQC in 2019.
Claire is Anglian Care Benfleet's Care Manager.
Claire began working with Anglian Care in 2016 as a Care Assistant. She worked her way up in the team as a Field Care Supervisor and onto her current role as Care Manager.
Claire manages the day-to-day running of the service, including the rotas, medication, and queries and concerns from staff and service users.
