Anglian Care provide home care services to my uncle. On a considerable number of occasions, it has been necessary to contact them to rearrange the timing of their home visits in order to ensure that my uncle is ready to go to appointments with his GP/hospital etc. Anglian Care have always done everything
possible to meet our requests, sometimes at very short notice.
The staff, both at their head office and the visiting carers, are always cheerful and professional in their approach - both my uncle and his wife look forward to their visits and cannot speak highly enough about them. I would certainly recommend them to anyone seeking care services in their area.

Very helpful, very friendly. Kept up with Dad's washing. Tried very hard to get him to eat. Kept him clean and made sure he was safe. Had to call them out on several occasions when Dad had an accident to clean him. This was done with care and dignity.

Anglian Care were involved with both my parents over the last 4-5 years. The care for my mother was extremely professional and it was comforting that she was treated professionally.
Her personal care was second to none. She passed away 18 months ago and then my father continued with the company for
household cleaning services. I did realise that it would be very simple to "up" the hours when and if dad needed more intimate care. Sadly that was never necessary as he passed away very rapidly.

My Mum has been using Anglian Care since December 2017. Both Mum and I have been very impressed how professional the company is run and how caring all the carers are. All the carers always take time with Mum and making sure she has everything she needs before leaving, they always check that she has
taken her medication and making her a hot drink if she wants one. There has been a couple of occasions when Mum has been unwell and they have called the doctor to arrange a home visit. We could not ask for a better service.

Anglian care has always provided excellent care to my parents. Following the death of my father, their help and assistance were exceptional. They proved to be extremely flexible in providing additional care for my mother even at short notice this included providing longer periods of care some of which
was overnight. I'm not sure how we would have coped without their support.

My father in law has care visits AM and PM daily. They are very good with him and make him feel comfortable. They chat with him and make him tea and toast, which he loves. He always tells me about their visits and chats. We are very happy with this service.

My late mum received home care from Anglian Care Ltd for over four years. The service and care have been excellent which has enabled her to stay in her own home. The management and team of carers are very professional which reflects the level of care. The carers are extremely reliable, trustworthy and
very caring towards her client.


On many occasions, the carers have gone over and above to help my mum and have supported me when needed. I would highly recommend Anglian Care Ltd and personally would like to thank them for caring for my mum. Thank you.

Mum has been receiving home care from Anglian Care for approximately 6 months and I can honestly say that the level of care that we are receiving is exceptional. All of the carers and office team are so very kind and considerate and are happy to help as much as they can, even at short notice. The whole
team have given me so much support and the wonderful carers are so gentle, kind, and lovely to my Mum; they are a huge enhancement to Mum’s life, they genuinely care about every aspect of her wellbeing, they brighten her day and, for me, seeing Mum’s face light up when one of the lovely ladies comes in to see her is just incredible.

I would have no hesitation at all in recommending Anglian Care Ltd as an excellent home care provider.

I contacted Anglian Care Ltd in the early part of 2015 and they quickly set up a care package for my Aunt. As she deteriorated they were able to adjust where required and this helped my aunt's who was 90 and myself to cope. They were at all times very caring and professional sadly she died in November
2016.


In March 2017, my other aunt was taken ill and Anglian Care Ltd managed to sort a care package in only a few hours which was a great comfort as she became seriously ill and died 2 weeks later.


Anglian Care Ltd went out of their way to accommodate my Aunts and it was very much appreciated.

My experience of Anglian Care is an excellent service.
1) Their management are so professional, client focused and their attitude is reflected in their carers.
2) Carers are reliable, pleasant and helpful. They do what they should, including spending the appropriate amount of time there.
3) The "clocking
in" phone system supports this and queries any misunderstandings.
4) If I need to occasionally vary a visit, I have always received a helpful response.

The care my mum received whilst Anglian Care were visiting her was excellent. All the carers were polite and very helpful. My mother's main carer we saw was patient and very helpful with my mum, she put in extra shifts when dad passed away to sit with my mum so I could go and make all my dad's funeral
arrangements.


She also attended the funeral as my mum's carer. Also, another carer went beyond her duties and sat with mum one evening so I could attend a family function. I would recommend Anglian Care to anyone looking for care in the home.

Sam has been a great success at Anglian Care attending the Southend Adult College and with some great work has passed level 2 and 3 diplomas with City Guilds in Health and Social.


Sam has gone from strength to strength helping the Team at Anglian Care to provide a valuable care service for the elderly in our local community. This enables Anglian Care to support its service users if required 24 hours 365 days a year.

Zoe joined the Anglian Care team in February 2022 as a Care Coordinator and is now our Bridging Coordinator for our bridging hospital discharge service.


She has 9 years of experience working within the care sector, and in her previous role as Care Coordinator, she received outstanding feedback from CQC about her care plans and risk assessments. Zoe has almost completed her level 3 NVQ in Health and Social Care, which she's studying alongside her role as Care Coordinator.

Claire began working with Anglian Care in 2016 as a Care Assistant. She worked her way up in the team as a Field Care Supervisor and onto her current role as Care Manager.


Claire manages the day-to-day running of the service, including the rotas, medication, and queries and concerns from staff and service users.
