The service and care is excellent.
I feel comfortable having carers look after me. They are very helpful and tend to my needs in a caring way. I would recommend this company.
All my carers are cheerful, efficient and kind. Normally, I have three different carers over a 7 day period who are known to me and are very caring. If there is a problem, they usually have a suggestion to solve it and nothing is too much trouble.
Very happy with the service provider.
I have nothing but praise for Anglian Care Ltd. My mother used their services for close to two years and throughout this period they were exemplary. The administrative and co-ordination department did their best to ensure my mother was allocated the time slots she wanted and were always on hand to speedily add back-up when unscheduled visits were required. The girls at the sharp-end were excellent. Good humoured, well-trained and professional, they showed my mother respect, empathy and consideration throughout her illness and as my mother's condition deteriorated they always tried to put her in good spirits. My mother developed a strong bond with many of the girls and despite the frustrations brought on by her condition always looked forward to their visits. My mother always spoke highly of the girls to her friends, and believe me she wasn't one to hold back should the need arise. As the son, I had full confidence in the company and I would not hesitate in recommending them to others.
I found the carers and staff most helpful and understanding. My friend has dementia and seems to be getting worse by the day. The carers were very understanding and caring. I would not have been able to look after my friend had it not been for their moral support and kind words.
