Fiona is Anglian Care's Operations Manager.

Fiona has 22 years of experience in the Health and Social Care sector, working in various roles including Community Support Facilitator, Service Lead, Locality Coordinator, Operations Manager and Area Business Manager/Registered Manager. Fiona has a proven track record for developing services and teams and was recognised for this when her service was awarded an overall ‘Outstanding’ rating by CQC in 2019.

With a strong focus on quality, compliance and continuous improvement, Fiona is responsible for supporting operational excellence and ensuring that care services remain responsive to the changing needs of clients. Claire is Anglian Care Benfleet's Care Manager.

Claire began working with Anglian Care in 2016 as a Care Assistant. She worked her way up in the team as a Field Care Supervisor and onto her current role as Care Manager.

Claire manages the day-to-day running of the service, including the rotas, medication, and queries and concerns from staff and service users. Read less

Katherine oversees client assessments and care reviews, working closely with clients and their families to develop personalised care plans that promote independence, wellbeing and quality of life. She supports the assessing team to ensure assessments are completed to a high standard and that care plans remain current and responsive to changing needs.
