Overall Experience 1.0 out of 5
Got dumped and blocked as a client
as I was no longer part of there dynamic
I will post what I have proof off this with social media on my own profile
staff took money off me made me pay for there shopping, told lies I have proof and then I was dumped by them despite promises made
They hadn't supplied
my full package of care for 7 weeks and even told cares to buy visits short so they dont finish late
They used my mental health as an excuse to dump me

Overall Experience 1.0 out of 5
Care company does not uphold their values they hold on their website. Bullying tactics against both my mum and me. Bad communication skills. Prepared to drop care duties and leave a vulnerable lady to fend for herself, which she is unable to do. Poor training of carers.
