I cannot speak highly enough about the team that are looking after my mother.
They are always upbeat and very friendly and caring whenever they visit.

We are informed weekly in advance of the intended rotation and who will be attending.

I am pleased with the care I receive twice a week. They are friendly, and efficient. They are patient and helpful. They help me with washing and dressing. They help my wife changing bed covers. The office staff are always friendly and there to answer any queries.

I have only high praise for all the carers that look after my Mother in Law, she is confined to bed and not easy to manage but your girls all do a brilliant job, all so friendly and caring, we wouldn't be able to cope without home care. Thank you all for doing a great job !

We have been using Helping at Home for nearly 2 years, and in that time, we have found all the staff to be most helpful and respectful. If anything extra is required, the staff are more than willing to accommodate our needs. Very respectful.

All the staff are really nice people, kind and caring and respectful of both myself and my home. Needs are not only physical, but the friendliness and sympathetic attitude really help with mental health. Also, staff have been very willing to accommodate special needs, e.g. escorts to hospital or doctor appointments. I would have no hesitation in recommending Helping at Home.

We've been really pleased with the care that we have received for my mum. It was a big step for us as a family to have extra support in to help with her changing needs but the staff have been very understanding and always reply to any questions promptly, and are very flexible to mums needs.

My mum has also been positive about her visits which is really reassuring to us.

since we have been using Helping at Home, their service and staff have been exceptional. The ladies who visit my mum, for a cuppa and to supervise her exercises, have been amazing. Kind and friendly, and really caring. The Office staff are On the Case, and happy to oblige when I need days changing due to my work. We have been lucky to find you, thanks

Helping at Home were professional and responsive from the initial enquiry I made through to the end of providing care. The management team have been amazing, so quick to put in some urgent care and the carers visiting have all been very caring, thorough and professional. The timings were reliable and communication was quick and straight forward. They helped support to the end of life which is what we wanted, to keep the care at home in a comfortable, quiet setting and avoid a care home or hospital.

I would highly recommend them without a doubt.

Helping at home have been looking after our Mum for some time now.
We have no complaints, office staff & carers are all wonderful .
They work together with a "live in carer from another agency due to Mum's increasing needs.

All are very approachable and professional, they really "get it" regarding the stress of looking after someone

An excellent crew of carers who are well informed, good listeners and talkers, who undertake personal care with kindness and efficiency.
They are always on time and they take on the tasks that I have forgotten to do.
They remind me of any tasks that I need to do and make certain that it is in my diary.

They are the best carers that I have ever had.

The carers have been so professional and empathetic towards my dad. He wasn't happy about strangers coming into his home but he very quickly realised how fantastic they are. He calls them his angels. We as a family are also very happy with their treatment of our dad and he always takes his medication for them easily with no fuss. Thank you

Very pleased with our care provider. We are comfortable with all the carers we have had. They are very professional in their attention to my wife, friendly, efficient and very competent in their tasks. The office staff also rate the same as the carers. I find the weekly program email a great help.
