Customers are at the heart of Bluebird Care; they provide high quality care to help people maintain their independence and quality of life and stay in the comfort of their own home for as long as possible.

The individual needs of each customer will be assessed before a care professional is assigned. This allows Bluebird to deliver care which is person-centred and completely bespoke to the requirements of the customer. Regular reviews will also be carried out to make sure care continues to be relevant to customers as their needs change.

All care professionals undergo a rigorous vetting procedure before they join the team and they will carry an ID card with them at all times so you can rest assured that your safety and security are always a priority.

Staff attendance is good and they are always on time. I am happier with the more mature ladies that attend, as they appear to have more understanding of my needs.

I get on well with all the carers and we get a routine. I look forward to the morning visits. I think that there is at times a lack of communication between management and it's carers.

An excellent service. Totally reliable with continuity of care. A good match between the carer and service user. Regular checks to ensure all is going well. My son, who can be very withdrawn, enjoys chatting to the carer and has described her as making his day. Management respond very promptly and efficiently
to emails and calls. Not cheap, but worth the expense for complete peace of mind.
