He trusted you all and we never had to worry about his care as every carer was fully trained and really caring with dads best interests at heart

Dad sadly passed away in January 25 and the kindness of the team since then has been very much appreciated and they have shown great empathy.

My son is having respite two times per week with the same carer. She is fantastic with him. Five stars for her. We don't want anyone else.

Volsec have been taking care of my parents for a year and a half. They have always been reliable. They are helpful and caring and I have been very happy with the service received.

All the carers are kind, professional and friendly. They treat my husband with care, respect and dignity. On the rare occasion that they have run late, they have always rang to let me know. Senior management always stay in regular contact with me and all visits are recorded on the app, which I can easily access. The company is very supportive towards myself, as well as my husband. I would highly recommend this company for all your care needs.

Time management is key for us. Carers are on time and care is taken to look after Father and his needs. Happy with the care and service provided.

At present, I am satisfied with the care provided. However, I feel that as winter progresses, I may need to ask for further support. I find it strange that my social worker has had no contact with me to enquire if I am still alive!

We find Volsec to be a brilliant company. Nothing we asked for was too much trouble and was carried out perfectly. Great company.

Very satisfied, except timing is erratic, but knowing shortage of staff etc. Volsec should not take on contracts if not enough staff and conveyances to execute efficiently.
