My experience with Volsec has been great. I have trouble trusting people so have carers that understand helps. I have trouble with change as well but this company has helped work on that helped me grow as well. I trust the carers that I have too.

He trusted you all and we never had to worry about his care as every carer was fully trained and really caring with dads best interests at heart

The whole team at Volsec have been a blessing for Dad and his daughters. Their care has been second to none. The friendly smiles and jolly personalities of ALL the carers has been refreshing compared to our previous care company. We never got let down, they were always punctual, their gentleness of personal care and knowledge of catheters was outstanding and the fact we had regular carers who did a whole day at a time was a definite bonus as relationships were formed from all parties involved. They all went above and beyond and although faced with some challenges regarding other Social Care departments they did the very best they could and sorted issues out with a lot of perseverance and a very professional manner.
I have no problems in recommending them to anyone that asked. They truly are what a Care Company should by.

Dad sadly passed away in January 25 and the kindness of the team since then has been very much appreciated and they have shown great empathy.

All the carers are kind, professional and friendly. They treat my husband with care, respect and dignity. On the rare occasion that they have run late, they have always rang to let me know. Senior management always stay in regular contact with me and all visits are recorded on the app, which I can easily access. The company is very supportive towards myself, as well as my husband. I would highly recommend this company for all your care needs.

At present, I am satisfied with the care provided. However, I feel that as winter progresses, I may need to ask for further support. I find it strange that my social worker has had no contact with me to enquire if I am still alive!

Very satisfied, except timing is erratic, but knowing shortage of staff etc. Volsec should not take on contracts if not enough staff and conveyances to execute efficiently.
