The cost of Home Care will vary depending on the type of care you need, how often you need it, and where you live. We offer everything from 30 minute visits to 24 hour Live-in Care. If you have more complex needs, you may need two Home Carers per visit, so we can provide a cost for this too.


Live-in Care is generally considered to be a cost effective alternative to living in a care home, whilst still providing a level of independence. Everyone’s needs are different so the costs of Live-in Care can vary depending on the level of care required. Unlike other Home Care options, the costs of our Live-in Care remains the same wherever you live across the South of England.


We adapt our Home Care services to suit your specific requirements. Our Home Care costs include a personalised care plan, ensuring your care suits your needs, wishes and budget.

I have been delighted with the morning care provided for my wife. The staff always arrive on time wearing a friendly face. They are always cheerful and very professional. My wife always has a smile on her face during their visits.

Fabulous care company to work with, from the initial appointment (Alina were the only company that replied from four companies I tried) to arranging a date to start care for my Father. Staff are lovely, always cheerful and helpful, and go out of their way and beyond to help my Father who can be set
in his ways but Alina staff are very patient with him. Cannot recommend Alina highly enough.

A fantastic company. I would recommend them to anyone, lovely staff, accommodating to my dad’s needs. The managers are able to change Dad's care plan on a weekly basis. I like reading on the app when the staff have added the things they have done for Dad.

When I first approached Alina Homecare, they were friendly, efficient, and informative. An appointment was arranged to visit my mother with myself present, and the services provided were explained to us both. The manager spoke directly to my mum, and took into account her needs and opinions, and formulated
a flexible care plan, with particular attention to retaining mum’s independence as far as possible. The carers who have attended have been friendly and where possible the same ones have attended, enabling mum to develop a relationship with them. She has told me they’re all lovely, and they seem to work well with her, identifying her needs and being supportive. I would definitely recommend Alina, and indeed have already done so!

We have been extremely impressed with the services of Alina Homecare. The staff are always reliable, hugely empathetic and supportive to my mother in law who following a recent bereavement can become distressed and lonely at times. They always provide emotional support and recently stayed with her until
she was settled before leaving at night. The daily updates via the app are excellent and keep us fully informed of her daily care together with her physical and mental status which is a huge reassurance to us as we live some distance away. They will also phone directly if they have any concerns or suggestions. They encourage her to maintain her independence with daily activities and own choice of meals and TV selection. She has become very fond of ‘her girls’ and looks forward to seeing them each day. We feel very lucky to have found them as a care agency. Thank you.

The team at Alina Healthcare in Cheltenham have been amazing. They recently took over the care of my mother-in-law and have gone above and beyond to make the transition of care from the previous company seamless. They are supportive to the family and do little things without asking that really make
a difference to us. They have taken time to get to know my mother-in-law and us and have gone above what we expected them to do. Would highly recommend the team to anyone who is looking for Homecare for their relative.
