I am grateful for their patience visiting and caring for my mother every day.
All carers are very helpful, friendly and polite whilst maintaining a professional attitude. They do not rush through their agreed duties and take the time to offer a dignified and sympathetic approach to my needs. I can fault none of them.
Very pleased with all carers. They are careful cheerful, polite, and capable.
Always very caring towards him.
Very good socialisation.
Flexible if my husband has a hospital appointment, if it clashes with his timed calls.
Have in the past, assisted me in taking my husband to A&E with a severe nose bleed.
My husband, enjoys their company and having sport, history, and political discussions
Carers are always cheerful.
We are pleased with the service that we get.
The overall care from the carers is good. However, as my medication for Parkinson's is due at 7am and the carer often doesn't arrive till 8:00 or 8:15 I am completely incapacitated until then. The carers often don't introduce themselves when they arrive. It would be helpful if they wore an identity badge giving their name. The carers appear to have different approaches to personal care; some just watch me whilst others help as appropriate - which is good. However, most carers are very engaging and a pleasure to work with.
Thank you for your honest and helpful feedback. We are pleased to hear that you are generally happy with the care and our carers. We sincerely apologise for the delays with the morning visits, especially in relation to your Parkinson's medication, and we are reviewing the rota to ensure visits are...
I find the carers all very kind and attentive to my needs. They're all very good at their job and very respectful to me. I would also like to thank the office staff - when I phone them they are always very helpful. I would like to wish you all a happy Christmas and New Year, May good bless you all.
I have had them for a ling time and am very happy with them.
Overall very pleased with the service being provided. There are no real complaints to be made. Carers are professional and accommodating. Making sure david is comfortable.
Excellent
The staff are very helpful and always very pleasant.
Professional and showed empathy.
Information provided was very clear.
All carers have been professional. They have also been kind, friendly and treated my Mother with dignity and outstanding and very good care. She refers to them as her wonderful ladies. Mums needs are increasing and the Carers adapt to this always ensuring that they treat mum with respect. They also are very kind to me when I am there at the same time as them, offering kind words and suggesting foods for her to try, as she eats very little. They all appear to be bright and cheerful, which is the atmosphere mum enjoys. Management are prompt replying to my emails with all replies being courteous and thorough. Mum has a lot of alterations/documents for her leukemia medication, following her regular blood tests. I email the office management and straight away the changes are implemented. Lenpat are amazing, I believe we were extremely fortunate to be appointed them to care for mum. We had no choice of company, social services organised it BUT we are so happy for them to be caring for mum
They helped look after my mum who had mobility issues. I was really happy with the service they provided and would use them again.
The carer also build a bond with my mum and helped her with her daily needs.
Generally, overall a good approach. A mixture of carers from mature, helpful and experienced staff, to young and inexperienced staff, who perhaps could do with a little more guidance. Management can be a little slow to respond to communications.
My mother's carers are very professional, courteous and friendly and always keep me informed of every part of my mother's care. They provide a much higher care standard than my mother's previous care agency which is why I needed to change. They are everything I could want in a care team; I would highly recommend them. Thank you so much
Very happy with the level of care displayed by the carers and I'm very appreciative for the support afforded to both me and my mother. Thank you. Kind regards.
I was recommended to Lenpat and they gave wonderful care to my wife, and it's a great experience having them around to give assistance and support to my wife. My wife was operated on and all through that period she could not do much on her own and Lenpat Team gave the best assistance and care to my wife and baby all through the period and I had a wonderful experience and excellent value for my money
I have been with Lenpat for a long time and could not wish for a better care agency they are always on time. The carers are absolutely wonderful and will do anything to help you if you are worried or need to speak to someone there is always someone on the end of the phone. The manager comes out regularly to visit you and is ready to help
When my friend had an accident she needed a live-in carer and someone recommended Lenpat Ltd. They rendered quality service and made sure she was always comfortable and her needs were meant. They were compassionate and understanding.
