They helped look after my mum who had mobility issues. I was really happy with the service they provided and would use them again.

The carer also build a bond with my mum and helped her with her daily needs.

Generally, overall a good approach. A mixture of carers from mature, helpful and experienced staff, to young and inexperienced staff, who perhaps could do with a little more guidance. Management can be a little slow to respond to communications.

My mother's carers are very professional, courteous and friendly and always keep me informed of every part of my mother's care. They provide a much higher care standard than my mother's previous care agency which is why I needed to change. They are everything I could want in a care team; I would highly
recommend them. Thank you so much

I was recommended to Lenpat and they gave wonderful care to my wife, and it's a great experience having them around to give assistance and support to my wife. My wife was operated on and all through that period she could not do much on her own and Lenpat Team gave the best assistance and care to my
wife and baby all through the period and I had a wonderful experience and excellent value for my money

My close friend used Lenpat Ltd staff when she had a knee replacement in December 2021. Every time I visit my friend to support her I meet these Carers from Lenpat Ltd. They treated my friend with dignity and respect. Also very nice to her visitors. They assisted my friend with personal care, shopping
cooking and tidying the house. My friend said she paid privately for the care

I had a cataract procedure done. I needed help as I could not drive immediately and I was advised to avoid bending down. I was also advised to get someone to help me to administer eye drops if I struggle.

I searched for a short term carer to help me with activities of daily living just for four

weeks. I paid for four weeks. I was ok after three weeks and I asked the carer to go. I was 100% satisfied with the service that I received from my carer. I am very happy to recommend Lenpat Ltd carers to anyone or any family looking for a care/support service provider.
