My mother has Dementia and Alzheimer's and is also totally wheelchair bound. She is incapable of doing anything herself. She is also limited in her English language so it was critical to find a Farsi speaking carer who can communicate and connect with her. I contacted Community Care in 2025 and met with Farah (the managing director) who was very kind, caring and fully appreciating of my mother's condition and need for a carer who understands and can connect with her. I was very impressed with Farah's knowledge and assistance in organising support equipment for mum. Also the carers she assigned to mum have all been kind, supportive and very caring with her practical needs, hygiene, cooking, feeding and also her emotional needs. Mum is always treated with kindness and respect and she has genuine love and affection for them. They have made a real difference to my mum's quality of life and mine as the person who is responsible for her care.

Subsequently I engaged CCE to provide more limited care (1 visit per day) for my mother to help her get ready for her day. The same high standards of care have applied to her from CCE and I would highly recommend them to anyone requiring in home care

Community care experts have provided excellent care for me over the last 10 months. The carers have helped me with my personal care needs and consistently supported me to get to work on time. Everyone at this company is kind, reliable, caring and friendly. I also have really appreciated the fantastic flexibility this company has. They constantly go above and beyond in ensuring my care fits around my busy schedule. We were very impressed with the managers empathy and professionalism during our initial phone conversation and meeting. She quickly grasped fully our situation and drew up an effective care plan for my wife. The carers providing the evening care initially and later the live in care, were well trained and kindly. They listened to what my wife said and acted upon it. Very importantly, they treated her with kindness and respect.

Carers support mum's personal care very well. Carers all kind and respectful. Management very responsive and deal with any issues quickly and efficiently. Very reliable - always advise if any slight delay and have never failed to attend in 10 months, 4 visits a day.

She tailors the carers that she provides to ensure that they meet the specific needs of my parents, and her communication is excellent. The carers really do care, and treat my parents with the utmost warmth and respect. I don't know how I would have managed without her help over this past year.

I initially contacted Community Care Experts to provide the current live-in carer’s daily break. I was so impressed with the managing director of CCE, she is very much hands-on and cares passionately about delivering excellent care in the home. She chooses her carers carefully and that was obvious from the start. The carers seem dedicated and really care about the role, they pay attention to detail with all the little things that make a difference and as a result I decided to change company for CCE to do the whole wraparound care 24/7 for the client. The client was so happy with the live in carer that CCE provided. Now the client feels cared for with her live-in carer who is professional, kind and caring and has such patience and understanding which in my opinion is essential in supporting someone with dementia. With any change necessary, I am informed promptly and communication from CCE with me is immediate and very reassuring that the matter is in hand. I am very happy with Community Care Experts.

I would like to highly recommend the manager and her team. They have been looking after my parents on a weekly basis for over a year now and have always been extremely caring and efficient. Recently, my father had to go into hospital and the manager has been invaluable, responding quickly to get in respite care for my mother who has vascular dementia. He is great with great care and patience - I feel very reassured she is being well looked after and in professional hands.

I am very happy with Community Care Experts, I have got some lovely carers and I am very impressed with the younger carers I have because they are so caring and lovely and they do their job so well and keep my home so clean and tidy and also they are excellent when it comes to my personal care. What I also like about this care company is that the manager keeps me informed with what's going on and if the carer is late she phones me and lets me know. So Community Care, a big thank you and keep up the good work.

I have just had a new hip operation. For a few weeks I needed care support. Community Care Experts proved a good choice. They are very caring and professional. The manager came to the hospital to assess my requirements before I came out. A happy client on the road to recovery.

Community Care Experts have provided visiting homecare since March 2022 for my wife who suffers from Alzheimer's dementia. The manager/owner of Community Care Experts is friendly, professional, cost-effective and concerned, first and foremost, with the dignity and welfare of the client (my wife). She communicates her ideals and standards to her team, with whom I am equally more than satisfied. As a result of the above, I have extended the hours of care Community Care Experts provides for my wife by one and a half hours a day.

From the month when my home visits started I have now been able to reduce them to one per week. I hope to keep in touch, with occasional visits, soon but shall be able to keep in contact by messaging etc. Throughout I have been impressed by the standard of care - and the friendliness that they have provided throughout. The company provides service for my needs at a very reasonable cost and I highly recommend it.
