My friend has used the services provided by Ivy Homecare for over 2 months now.
It can be very daunting to have to accept care help when you've always been independent but the carers have been remarkable; my friend feels very at ease now, the care and attention from the carers has been exemplary.
The company has shown to be accommodating, helpful and responsive.
As an ex carer myself, I found this company's standards to be of exceptional high quality and would have no hesitation in recommending them.

All the staff at Ivy Homecare are so kind, caring and dedicated to their profession. Our mum has needed support since leaving hospital and all the staff have been wonderful, they are rays of light each and every one of them. We have seen our mum become stronger and back to her happy self which is attributed

The care team were amazing. They provided brilliant care for my aunt during her time of need until she sadly passed away. I really can't thank them enough.

Impressive first impressions from the management side. Pleasant, friendly and professional. The carers continued with these qualities throughout the short-term period I had the carers for. Highly recommended.

I can honestly say that the carers and care I have received in the last 3 weeks has been fantastic, the carers are a happy bunch and nothing is too much for them, always have a laugh and joke. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to others.

We were always impressed with the patience, care and skill with which the carers looked after my mum. My mum had increasingly difficult needs and it is only with the great support and professionalism of the care team that she was able to stay as long as she did in her flat. This was of enormous importance
to her and we will always be thankful to the manager and the whole team for making this possible.

The carers were reliable and flexible, if I gave enough notice I was able to cancel visits without being charged. The job of a carer isn’t an easy one, I think that you need to be very specific about the things that you want and need the person to do. The carers from Ivy Home Services did their best
but I did feel that they needed a lot of direction.

Our experience with Ivy Home Care has been exceptional. The kindness, care and consideration that has been shown to our mum have been beyond compare and we could not thank our mum's carers enough. It's hard having strangers in but these carers have shown love which has been responded to by our mum.
