A particular staff member and her team were very caring and helpful when I was in a difficult situation. They provided invaluable support to my father, who had suffered a stroke. This staff member was very professional.

Mum has had these carers for the past 2 years and 2/3 reviews of her care plan. Management and all carers have shown mum respect and wonderful care. They have met all her needs as mum has required more care with 'smiles' and a "can do attitude." Mum has a lovely relationship with them and enjoys her daily visits. She trusts them with all her care and she knows they keep her safe. The manager has always been organised and provided excellent communication. I trust the company and an grateful. I don't have any worries.

The management tries to sort out any issues in the quickest way possible, keeps you informed by calling or visiting. My main carer is amazing and helps to do so much that I am physically unable to do. She listens when I am struggling and helps to work out how to make things good again. The other staff are good when she has a day off.

The care for my mother has been excellent throughout. All carers were respectful and friendly at all times and ensured all tasks were carried out to a very high standard. All visits took place on time and we also had a regular management check ins. We would definitely recommend Hasz Homecare Services to anyone looking for domiciliary care.

I would not recommend Hasz Homcare to anyone else who cares for any of their family. The care manager was told we did not want their carer in the house. She was in the house the morning that an incident happened. As far as I am concerned this carer was very rough, pushing her above to get a move on so that they could get away before time, never staying the full time. A car sitting outside the house with henchmen in it ruined care, matching you back if you pulled them up.

Standard of care high. Very calming and caring which is very important to my father. Without their care and support, he could not have managed due to his dementia. They kept the house tidy, clothes and himself kept clean. Food well he decided to have his own personal choices. When phoning the Hasz Home Care Company for immediate help was there. Thoroughly recommend it. A big thank you to all carers we will miss them all.

I appreciate the passionate caring and supportive team at this service. Such a wonderful team they got! The manager gets involved in the daily support of the client, always available when needed and their ability to provide emergency support when required is astonishing. I greatly recommend their service.

Staff care and support for my sister while on respite from her residential care home for few weeks was an excellent experience. Staff were very caring, always on time and passionate. I intend to use them for the same in future.
