The home care service for my father was set up very efficiently and has been working well for him. His carers are reliable, friendly, kind and caring and he has developed a very good relationship with them. I have been able to liaise well with the service managers who have a very professional and responsive
approach. I would recommend Humanicare to anyone looking for supportive care at home. Many thanks to all involved.

Very reliable always turning up on time on all scheduled appointments. Most attentive. Have been very professional in all communication. Very sensitive to the care needs of my father-in-law. I would recommend this company and its staff to others.

Staff very courteous and generally helpful. On occasions they arrived late but generally stayed for the allocated time. Clean and tidy and treated my wife with respect.

So relieved to find this service! The terms and conditions were simple and clear and immediate (next day) support was available. The service was tailored to meet our needs perfectly. The carer who supported us each morning was very calm, caring and patient with my dad. With Dad’s dementia, the carer
supported him to be as involved in his own personal care, as much as possible - there was no rush to the next client.

I would like to thank the whole team from Humanicare who looked after my father at home. The carers were so kind and caring and I am so grateful to you. I had total peace of mind whilst you were caring for my father, I was very confident you would do everything you possibly could to make him as happy
and as comfortable as possible. I recognise he was not easy and at times resisted your help. I would not hesitate to recommend Humanicare to anyone that is requiring help at home with a loved one.

Humanicare provided care to my father for a brief period at a very difficult time. They were very professional and supportive at all times. The carers were friendly and attentive, and the care manager replied promptly and helpfully to my requests for information. I would be happy to ask this company
for support again in providing care to a family member.
