Trustlink Care Services Ltd takes seriously the importance of providing care that can be trusted by the service users. They take pride in employing staff that are well trained and have a natural passion to care for those that require support in order to live safely and comfortably in their own homes. The managers of Trustlink ensure that staff are provided with the necessary training and support they need to provide best quality of care.

Care Workers are appropriately trained in the delivery of home care to ensure that choice and control is promoted, and that the delivery of support is person centred. Service users are provided with free assessment of their care needs, and this is done in a way that makes them feel in control of their care as they will be involved all the way to ensure they achieve their goals of living a fulfilling life in as much as they can.

A range of services are provided within the scope of Domiciliary care, and these can be provided from short visits of 1 hour to several hours per visit, planned in a way suitable to the service user. Service users are also supported through arrangements such as Live-in, sleep-in or waking night. The care delivery system is tailored to suite all clients with their unique or complex care needs.

Excellent service from the carers who visit my Father. They are extremely considerate of his needs and chat with him about sports which makes his day. Their time-keeping is excellent and they are polite and efficient when they are caring for Dad. I'd like to say a huge thank you to everyone on the team
for their service and support.

Lovely girls who care for my Nan. Nothing is too much trouble and they make my Nan very happy and content at home. Also very patient and helpful with my grandad who’s not well himself and in the process of getting help.

My mum got moved to the care of these staff after her carers from the Hospital finished - never any issues. They have not let us down once. Given no reason to complain. My mum would never have entertained help before and to know the staff care for mum every day starts with a smile. Thank you!

Trustlink staff have been nothing short of lovely and professional whilst caring for my dad. They have shown so much love and compassion. The whole team, both carers and office staff go above and beyond to make sure that we as a family are happy and well, not just my dad. It is clear that this is more
than just a job to them. During more tricky moments they have remained calm and offered support, advice and reassurance. We would highly recommend them to other families.

A very happy lady, I am very pleased with my carer. Comes on time and gets me ready for the day, everything is just so, so. This carer is a lovely lady, I am over the moon with her. A little too soon to give a full constructive report/feedback. We have only received care from Trustlink Care for nearly three weeks. There were the usual initial teething problems as expected but everything appears to be running smoothly now and we are satisfied with the care given to my mum at present.
