Alma care have been very good with my Father, his new carer treats my dad as a friend as well as carer. When there was a small issue Alma Care dealt with it professionally and with the best care needed for dad.

The care, kindness and support I receive from this care company is simply first class. The manager is very thoughtful and professional and goes to great lengths to ensure the care I receive is tailored perfectly to my requirements. The carers are punctual, respectful, warm, kind and always ensure that my dignity is respected. I now feel that they are part of my family and that is a lovely thing. The manager keeps detailed records of my care and communicates very well with myself and my family if any issues arise. Nothing seems to be too much trouble for this excellent care company..they go above and beyond what I expected . I would highly recommend Alma Care Services to anyone requiring home care.

The care and support my mother has received through Alma Care Services has been nothing short of outstanding. From the first contact with the manager, communication has been excellent with regular updates and helpful suggestions about my mother's care. The service provided is truly bespoke...tailored perfectly to my mother's needs. The well trained carers emphasise how they regard themselves as a guest in my mother's home and they are there to assist as to my mother's wishes. As a result my mother has never felt that she has lost her independence as such...she has been helped to retain it in fact. The carers are punctual, kind, patient and supportive. In fact, they go the extra mile and my mother now regards them like friends and family. The manager has regular reviews and updates with us and nothing ever seems to be too much trouble. Quite simply the care my mum receives is exemplary and we would wholeheartedly recommend Alma Care Services to others in our situation

The manager and her team looked after my Mother in the latter weeks of her life. They provided excellent care with kindness and consideration. They made her last week's much easier for herself and her family. I cannot praise the manager and her team enough. Could not have asked for more.

my Dads carer she was so lovely and attentive towards him. He loved to see her even though he couldn't speak due to his dementia, we knew he was pleased and comfortable with her. Nothing was too much trouble.

Alma care services were fantastic. The manager and Grandma's main carer cared for my Grandma like a member of their own family. The manager kept the family updated regularly and we knew that Grandma was in safe hands. Grandma was treat with the dignity and respect that she deserved. I am so grateful for the professional and faultless care they provided which enabled Grandma to remain in her own home. I would highly recommend Alma care services.

I cannot speak highly enough about Alma care services. They went above and beyond to care for my dad and assist my mum when my father was in their care. All the staff lead with a very professional manor giving my dad the dignity he deserved before he sadly passed. Thankyou to you all.
