Mimshealthcare are reliable, professional, trustworthy, kind and caring. They are very well trained and take care of my husbands toiletry needs as he is double incontinent with MS. Also he needs hoisting daily as he is unable to walk. They do a wonderful job and I cannot praise them highly enough. I
would definately recommend Mimshealthcare to anyone needing a professional and caring team.

I've had some dealings with the carers here. I couldn't be more pleased with how they conduct there care, very warm, very experienced and very on point.
My mums carer noticed something worrying straight away and had it dealt with immediately.
I noticed her ability to encourage rather than command
or demand, which is a real gift.
I hope we have more carers out in the community with this level compassion and thought.
I'm very grateful. My mum is happy too, which is the main point.

Hi so my mum had quite a few different carers but I really was not satisfied with wot they were doing.then in May mili's team took over.omg they are amazing. They totally make you feel better as they so caring n meet all needs my mum was in a much better place n absolutely loved them all.i can highly
recommend mimssheathcare. They are so caring gentle n amazing people thankyou for all you did for my mum.we all think you have all been amazing .

Our experience of Mimshealthcare was of an excellent standard.
From the moment they arrived to meet us and our mum, on her return from hospital you could tell they wanted to care for her in the best way possible, whilst taking into account it was her home and she liked things done in a certain way.
The
staff made us feel at ease and were helpful, friendly and kind not only to our mum who they were caring for but also towards the rest of the family.
Checking in on our wellbeing as well as providing a range of services for our mum.
They were always on time, provided a range of different services whilst caring, by completing a range of domestic tasks too, to lighten our load.

I am a 78 year old male, who was diagnosed secondary progressive Multiple Sclerosis in 2000.
In 2024 I was hospitalised due to a bowel blockage, and after 2 weeks was discharged. During my hospitalisation and due to my MS, I lost my mobility and unfortunately became incontinent. This setback necessitated
the hospital to give me assistance in drawing up a care plan, for my ongoing care.
Mimshealthcare has undertaken this care program for the last 12 months, and my assessment of their care services,is very positive in all aspects. Staffed by well trained and motivated caring professionals, they visit me 4 times per day to cover all of my varying dressing, bathing, hoisting and toiletry needs.
Having read over recent years some reports of unscrupulous care providers and the horrific stories that accompanied them, rest assured Mimshealthcare is not one of them. The Company provides a comprehensive care service with Compassion, Professionalism, and Value for Money. Highly recommended.

The manager and the team are a pleasure to deal with. They listen to my father needs, and my mother's needs when it comes to my father's care. My father is happy to see all of the carers from Mimshealthcare.
They communicate well with both my parents, and put my father at ease often.
Being able
to communicate well with them is ideal as I cannot always visit my father, and it's a massive help. Quick responses and suitable resolutions to any needs is always helpful also.

My father has the manager and her team visit 4 times per day. Whilst always thoroughly professional they also couldn't be more cheerful, courteous and respectful. They always treat my father with dignity and nothing is too much for them. As a family I don't know where we would be without the manager
and the team.

The service is okay the staff are alright and the management are okay they give him a good clean and a shower if he needs it ask him what he want's to eat give his medication too si far his care is satisfying to us

The team were professional, knowledgeable, highly skilled and also friendly. Staff ensured my partner had the best service. If there were any issues, they ensured that we were kept up to date. They also provided some useful feedback to me on how to help/address issues with my partner. They were also
prompt in ensuring district nurse/medical centre were updated with issues. It was a pleasure having them here after my partner came home from hospital.
