From start to finish was an excellent service.all staff went above and beyond, would highly recommend haven care services to anyone in need, all staff treated myself like a family member so warm and kind .

My review is the best agency within the Holbeach area, great team who are very professional, knowledgeable, always friendly, and on time. I am always kept up to date with who l will have. The manger is very approachable and returns phones call for plans to cover my needs. As l have my own care team, Haven Care work great alongside my team. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for any care support needs / one to one support needs. I would like to thank the care support staff, the office team and their great manager. They're all great and hope that we have a long term working relationship with the whole team for many more years to come.

Haven Care are a genuine care company, that actually do care. The staff are genuinely kind hearted, caring compassionate people. Providing care in someone's home is a much harder thing to do than most may realise. It takes a great deal of patience, skill and determination. When things go wrong, which they inevitably will, supporting people with dementia and mental health issues, Haven Care take on board concerns and adapt to help where they can. Most care companies say they do this, but Haven Care actually do.

The manager at Haven Care Solutions is amazing. She is professional, capable, friendly and thorough. She deals with any issues that arise promptly and efficiently. The team of carers that go into my brother are so friendly and positive and I like that my brother has continuity of carers. The timekeeping is excellent and the carers arrive when the should and not at totally random times of the day. I cannot recommend this company, the manager and carers enough. It's a shame that other Care companies do not take a leaf out of Haven Care's book on how to look after our most vulnerable people.

I find the standard of care throughout very good. All staff very helpful and caring. Nothings too much trouble.

The carers are always approachable and eager to help out in any way. I am relieved to leave Mum in good hands for the excellent care she is receiving.

The manager and her team have been very professional and give excellent care to my mother and she always says how much she likes the carers who visit her. They treat her with dignity and respect and are very good at communicating with us. There is a dedicated messaging group which is excellent so everyone is involved and informed as well as by email and telephone when necessary. We feel that my mother is in safe hands.

I have had two bad experiences with the care companies I have used previously so was guarded as I was exhausted mentally and physically, I too am disabled. We had to have a meeting with the social carer lady who helped get the care companies and the current care manager. The manager I found out at the meeting was ready to stop all care for my mum because she felt I was rude and too demanding but once I explained what needed to happen she saw a difference and understood my ways. Since this meeting, things have improved but it still isn't care to my standard. They all lack common sense, food that is out of date isn't checked. They don't tell me when things run out and I do Mum's shop every week. I was asked to back off, I have but they lack something.

Brought professionalism and laughter into a sad situation. Dignity was maintained at all times. Nothing was too much trouble, we could not fault them, excellent.

The staff at Haven Care Solutions treated my father-in-law with care and dignity. He came home to us on end-of-life care and having the staff at Haven Care Solutions with us made that period of time bearable because of the outstanding level of care they provided. The thanks that we offer will never seem enough because of the support they offered not only to my father-in-law but to us as a family too. Thank you!

These carers have come at short notice to provide care for my mother so far we have met only three, two men and one lady, to which I have found they have been very helpful, understanding and kind. Very caring and knowledgeable in their own fields of care. I have found them to be very polite and leave me notes if they need anything as requested by myself and likewise, I do the same, which seems to work well.

All Haven Care Solutions staff are extremely friendly, efficient and caring. They keep me informed of any issues or needs (food, shopping etc_ but will also go over and above to help with anything else that is required. My life is less stressful since Haven Care Solutions Have taken over my father's care.
