Overall Experience
We've had a warm, positive experience with the care team supporting our grandmother, who has vascular dementia. The carers are kind, generous, and genuinely caring, and they treat her like family. They take time to understand who she is, respect her culture, and encourage conversations about her children and family, which means a lot to us. The management team is caring too, and they keep open communication with the family, which helps us Um For value for money, we'd give it 4 out of 5 stars. Reasonably priced for the quality of service. We'd recommend them for families looking for respectful, reliable dementia care.
