We have been using Luna 3-6-5 to support our elderly Dad, overall our experience has been very positive. From the very beginning the team has been professional, responsive and very understanding.
The carers who visit Dad are kind,patient and treat him with respect at all times making sure that Dad is safe & well cared for.
Knowing Dad is in safe hands has take a huge weight of our shoulders & has meant that Dad has been able to stay in him own home.
Additionally, I benefit from their comprehensive support, including 24/7 respite care and flexible sitting hours as needed.
Their insights regarding my wife's ongoing requirements and effective communication with other healthcare professionals are greatly valued.
I am very pleased with the dedication shown by the Manager Dee and her team and can't praise them all highly enough! Highly recommended.
Originally engaged to provide an hour of daily care for Mum with bathroom needs, dressing and some cooking, supporting Dad who at the time was Mum's full time carer, both parents were very happy with the support.
Latterly, as Dad's dementia became completely limiting in terms of care for either himself or Mum, Luna managed the situation with zero notice when the moment came to step in. Luna provided continuous live-in care for both of my parents until Dad's passing in August last year and were invaluable in ensuring Dad passed peacefully in his own home.
Luna have continued providing care to Mum until the present, and further co-ordinate care with all parties including the local GP, district nurses, occupational therapists, physios, and others in a very proactive manner.
I would recommend Luna 365 to any in need.
My mother is well looked after by her carers who are kind and considerate to her needs. She gets on well with them and is happy with the overall service they provide.
From the initial contact in February 2024, the team at Luna 3-6-5 have always been very professional and responsive. They very quickly responded to Mum's needs giving us the confidence to care for Mum in her own home. We value the continuity of carers and the relationship that the team have built with Mum, Dad and the wider family. The team are responsive to feedback, helping us to adapt to Mum's care needs. Staff are all very proffessional, kind and helpful. I like the fact that we have men as well as women to help with my husband's care. Timekeeping is usually good, except when road and weather conditions cause problems.

Having a regular group of carers provides consistency meaning Mum has been able to build a relationship and trust in them.
Morning and evening calls give me some respite as I am now a full-time carer.
They are kind, helpful, gentle and respectful. They listen to requests and try to please where they can. I am very grateful for their help and assistance.
All the care staff are very pleasant, caring kind and very patient.
My mother responded well to the very personable and ‘warm’ approach of the staff, who she soon perceived as friends as well as carers. This aspect was really important for her psychological/ mental health.

On the morning my mother died the manager was very supportive of our family, being there for us throughout a difficult morning and showing a compassionate attitude.
Luna 3-6-5 were very kind, accommodating and flexible with my father's care. When he came out of the hospital, we didn't know the level of care he would need, and the agency did its best to help us out. The staff were professional and friendly.
Mum is now home and apart from the obvious and expected time for her to get used to this new regime she is happier and healthier at home with Luna's care package.
Any problems are discussed patiently and professionally with the Manager and ourselves until we are all happy and constantly move forward with an ever-increasing and personalised care package.

I was full time carer for my partner, and then broke my hip late one evening. Luna was contacted by my son to visit my partner four times a day while I was in hospital, and then blended care on the same basis when I was discharged home for recovery. We regularly see the same carers for continuity, and they are highly professional, warm and friendly. They have helped make a distressing and stressful situation so much better, they always have time to talk and reassure us, and give excellent care. Highly recommended.
Luna-365 have been easy to deal with, easy to contact and willing to come and meet us in person when we needed confirmation/reassurance. Staff have always been courteous and friendly and very professional.
