From the initial contact in February 2024, the team at Luna 3-6-5 have always been very professional and responsive. They very quickly responded to Mum's needs giving us the confidence to care for Mum in her own home. We value the continuity of carers and the relationship that the team have built with
Mum, Dad and the wider family. The team are responsive to feedback, helping us to adapt to Mum's care needs. We particularly value the dignity, respect and kindness that the team shows to Mum in providing her personalised care and support to Dad. Thank you.

Staff are all very proffessional, kind and helpful. I like the fact that we have men as well as women to help with my husband's care. Timekeeping is usually good, except when road and weather conditions cause problems.

My mother has received input since December 2023. All members of staff are polite, caring and treat Mum with dignity.
Having a regular group of carers provides consistency meaning Mum has been able to build a relationship and trust in them.
Morning and evening calls give me some respite as I am now
a full-time carer.

Contact with management team is very good. Timekeeping is good and meets my needs. The carers are all coloured which is a new experience for me. I am learning a lot from them about their culture and care for their family and respect for their elders.
They are kind, helpful, gentle and respectful. They
listen to requests and try to please where they can. I am very grateful for their help and assistance.

From the beginning the staff were very caring and the management was flexible, in working with my sister and I to provide the right level of support for my mother.
My mother responded well to the very personable and ‘warm’ approach of the staff, who she soon perceived as friends as well as carers.
This aspect was really important for her psychological/ mental health.
My mother's physical care needs were well met at all times.
On the morning my mother died the manager was very supportive of our family, being there for us throughout a difficult morning and showing a compassionate attitude.

Luna 3-6-5 were very kind, accommodating and flexible with my father's care. When he came out of the hospital, we didn't know the level of care he would need, and the agency did its best to help us out. The staff were professional and friendly.

Reading this review suggests you have had the same anxiousness, stressfulness and worry of arranging a care package for a loved one. From our initial interview in Care Home through arranging an Occupational Therapist, home appraisal and financial implications Luna 3-6-5 have been nothing short of a
blessing.
Mum is now home and apart from the obvious and expected time for her to get used to this new regime she is happier and healthier at home with Luna's care package.
Any problems are discussed patiently and professionally with the Manager and ourselves until we are all happy and constantly move forward with an ever-increasing and personalised care package.
Thank you all for an easier, less stressful and happier life for my mum, me and my siblings.

I was full time carer for my partner, and then broke my hip late one evening. Luna was contacted by my son to visit my partner four times a day while I was in hospital, and then blended care on the same basis when I was discharged home for recovery. We regularly see the same carers for continuity, and
they are highly professional, warm and friendly. They have helped make a distressing and stressful situation so much better, they always have time to talk and reassure us, and give excellent care. Highly recommended.
