Thank you.
We started using Homescare Ltd. In November 2022. The care provided to my dad is person-centred and focussed on his needs giving support when required. They are punctual, friendly and flexible and are able to adapt the visits to most suit the client. Any problems are immediately highlighted to myself. I would recommend Homescare Ltd.
The carer assigned to my dad has been an amazing find, she is kind, patient and very caring. How we wish we had found her early. This has certainly made a difference to our lives and has given us a sense of peace that someone is there for him.
Homescare Ltd have provided exceptional person-centred care for this person, ensuing they are safe, effective, caring on all care calls to all the needs and wishes making the visit every time person-centred. The management team are very well-led and responsive to any needs or wishes that are asked of them and at times extra calls have been needed and managed to take them on also when PA is on annual leave managed to cover. Could not think of anyone better than Homescare Ltd and so grateful for all their hard work and ongoing work they provide in our community. I can always depend on them and will continue use as my first choice of care provider in Seaford.
They will make you laugh, and feel confident and caring when staff arrive and throughout the time they spend with you and show great teamwork. The manager has a great way of matching clients with staff and always goes the extra mile. I have a dog too which they also love.
Very caring and professional company. Always putting the client's needs first. The client always looks forward to their visits and enjoys their supportive company. Flexible approach if other cover is needed due to illness or holiday. Willingness to work alongside other service providers eg: personal assistant and domestic cleaner. Highly recommended Homes Care!
The carers are kind and helpful and my mother is happy with her care to date. They have never let us down and they are good at communicating with us about my mother's needs. I feel confident that my mother is being well looked after.
The staff are excellent. They provide friendly professional care at all times for myself and my wife. They also help with minor domestic tasks which our disabilities would make difficult or impossible for us.
I highly recommend Homescare, Seaford to anyone looking for a carer who will bring genuine warmth and positivity to their home every day. The managers and carers take a person-centred approach from the outset and do everything they can to provide consistency in terms of both the carers and the quality of care. My mother is thriving and much of this is thanks to them. Homescare also provide excellent support for us as a family too.
The manager and her team at Homescare Ltd provide excellent care and support to my parents on a daily basis. They are totally client centred in their approach and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing support.
The care providers at Homes Care are very efficient and adaptable at their jobs, seeing to everyday things like shopping, cooking, medication, etc in addition to Mums immediate needs. They keep me informed about day to day things so I can relax knowing Mum is in good hands.
Mum needed to have care following the recent death of her husband and an Alzheimer's diagnosis. Homescare were able to meet Mum's needs and currently provide medical and nutritional support. I was particularly pleased with the meals which they prepare and Mum rarely leaves anything. She lost a lot of weight through not eating properly but Homescare were made aware and are providing balanced, tasty meals which are helping Mum to gain weight. She enjoys their visits and her optician has commented that her eye condition has not deteriorated as a result of the regular administration of her eye drops, which is a direct result of the carer's ministrations. They have also recently managed to alter the timings of their visits to support Mum with her loneliness. We really appreciate all Mum's carers and their excellent level of care.
The carers were all, without exception, helpful, kind and caring. The team were reliable and punctual which gave us great reassurance. They provided continuity of carers whenever possible which we felt was important for my mother.
If they had any concerns for the well-being of my mother they would promptly contact us. Their knowledgeable experience of caring for people suffering with dementia meant they could offer us sound advice relating to care. Our involvement with HomesCare has been a positive experience.
The manager and her care staff are professional, attentive, empathetic and are flexible to customer requests if required. Myself and my sisters are extremely pleased with the service HomesCare provide and I personally would recommend the company to others.
The team that provides care for my father are very caring and respectful. They treat him with compassion and patience when they are dealing with his dementia. They are also very efficient in making sure they let me know if anything is running short or needing replacement as I dont get over the every day.
My mother seems content with the care she is getting from these visits.
I rely on them for the regular care and wellbeing of her, and would recommend them to any prospective clients.
Good service and prompt attention to needs of client. Flexible arrangement of visits and response to more immediate needs. Most visiting careers fulfilled the original brief. Content with most visits but some domestic help of a better standard than others.
