Appreciate the fact that the staff are cheerful and always engage with him. When they accommodate all requests to come at a specific time if we have visitors. Unpredictable i.e. arrival times (up to an hour difference) make it difficult, especially as it needs to coordinate with district nurse...

Unpredictable i.e. arrival times (up to an hour difference) make it difficult, especially as it needs to coordinate with district nurse visits. Could they ring or text us in advance of the visit?
