This is not the first time I have used care in the home. I have had some good experiences, but this has been the best. My mum was off the scale with her resistance to the idea of help. The carer and the manager have been hugely sensitive to her needs, and I am quite amazed at how kind, patient, proactive and positive they have made this experience. My mum is really difficult to get along with, and against all my expectations, we are six weeks into this, and it is working very well. Thank you.

The family cannot recommend this care provider enough, to surmise, professional, caring, value for money and kind, lovely staff.

I cannot fault the carers, they care for my father with great respect and give him the utmost care he deserves. Even though they are there, they still allow us as a family to do as much as we can for him and spend quality time. They have given me great support, as it has been a very difficult time, as it hasn’t been pleasant between family members. It’s a great peace of mind, knowing that he is being looked after with the best care.

The manager is very approachable and helpful and takes on board feedback.

The carer we currently have is excellent. Very caring and takes pride in his work, in caring and all other duties. Five stars. Not so happy with the previous carer, felt they did not commit to their job as much as current carer. The reviews/stars I give are based on our current carer, not previous the carer. Difficult to rate value for money as never experienced having caring services before to compare.

I am delighted with the care my dad received from one particular carer. She is a credit to your company. She shines and makes an effort to make my dad feel important and cared for. She laughs and interacts well with everyone around her. Nothing is too much trouble. She is kind, helpful and extremely professional. We were very happy to let her stay in our home. While we were away, we felt we could trust her, and whenever I phoned to check on my dad, she was always happy and confident.
