The Harrogate Neighbours have been helping my mum since October 2024 and the care they have provided has been fantastic. The team are friendly, reliable and flexible, and we feel that they really care, rather than just treating mum as 'another client'. The team, particularly the supervisors have been great at keeping me and my brother updated on how things are going with mum, as well as offering suggestions on what would help mum be more secure in her home. Both my brother and I live at distance and having the daily calls from the team in place has made such a difference to our peace of mind. Unfortunately due to the nature of mums condition we are not able to keep the team on as she requires full-time care now, but if this was not the case we would have happily kept the Harrogate Neighbours on. Mum had a fall and broke her shoulders. She needed to be in bed with extra care and help. She was so happy to get back from the hospital and has made great progress due to the care and good relationships she has with staff and her lovely flat environment which she feels at home in.

Greenfield has been providing great in-home care for my mother-in-law since she suffered a stroke a year ago. They've been amazingly adaptable and do their utmost to provide a service suited to her ever-changing needs. They are consistently reliable, cheerful and are great at staying in touch with me to make suggestions for care improvements. My mother-in-law has also attended the day centre at The Cuttings which she now looks forward to each week, a chance to get out of the house and meet new friends.

My 85-year-old housebound mum has been using your care agency since about February 2024. Being a fiercely independent individual, Mum was resentful of having to use carers but needs are a must. Over the months, she has grown to be very fond of all of your lovely carers who visit 3 times per day and she looks forward to the visits that cheer her up making her feel less alone. For me, being 250 miles away, the visits provide a great deal of comfort. Communication with both ladies is excellent with regular updates on how Mum is doing and particularly so during this month after she had some bad news involving a cancer diagnosis. Your team have become an important lifeline to Mum and me too. Your girls inform me weekly of any online shopping requirements, prescriptions and even keep an eye on her little dog such as ensuring the water bowl is filled, giving her treats, etc. I wholeheartedly value the work you do in supporting Mum and I can honestly say I don't know what we'd do without you.

The care that has been provided by Greenfield has been top class - both in the regular contact and duties throughout the day and also in recognising when any extra assistance is required and proactively acting on it. The care received, complimenting the surroundings she is in, has transformed her life over the past year. Still having her independence, but with a team of guardian angels always looking over her, has been the perfect answer to the previous difficulties of her trying to cope alone.

My dad receives excellent care from Harrogate Neighbours and this has allowed him to remain in his own home safely which is where he really wants to be. They are thoughtful, caring, respectful and importantly they know him well. The peace of mind this brings to us is utterly priceless.

My parents are well looked after and cared for by honest, reliable, friendly and trustworthy staff who organise days out and themed social evenings with food and entertainment. The facilities are kept clean and tidy with the communal areas showing the craft work from the residents. All questions or queries are promptly responded to and my parents feel very comfortable and safe which takes a lot of worry and stress from the family.

Harrogate Neighbours provides an excellent service. Nothing is too much trouble for them and the team always goes the extra mile to ensure Mum's needs are met. If they are concerned about any aspect of Mum's well-being they do not hesitate to contact me and when necessary have contacted the doctor too. This support is invaluable as I do not live in the local area. They constantly reassure my mum that they are only a phone call away if she needs any additional support. A first-class service provided by true professionals. Thank you for all you do.

Harrogate Neighbours started as 'Care providers' and ended as friends. They did a superb job in caring for my partner. They were always cheerful and no job was too much trouble for any of the team. Well done!

I would highly recommend Greenfield Court Care the team were just incredible. The last week of her life they fought for the help we needed to enable her to die peacefully in her home. They were such a support to myself and my family also. I cannot recommend them enough.

My aunt needed a lot of care in her last year. She was very happy with the carers. She loved chatting to them and said they took very good care of her. She looked forward to their visits throughout the day. I am very grateful for the genuine care they showed for her and the help they gave to me.

Just wanted to say what a marvellous service this is, a real lifeline for my mum. Everyone is very caring and they always go the extra mile. We would be lost without them. Mum has a lovely relationship with the girls and looks forward to their visits. Greenfield Court is truly amazing. My dad trusted them implicitly, the care they gave was second to none. I felt so supported and my dad looked forward to their visits. They are dedicated to their profession and are truly angels in disguise. Couldn’t recommend them enough.

Harrogate Neighbours provided care for my parents, starting with a cleaning call once a week, progressing to visits four times a day to help with personal care and meals. My parents could not have stayed in their home as long without their help and they were always caring and proactive with any problems that arose, I would definitely recommend their services.

Turn-over of staff in the team is low, with seven out of ten same team members as five years ago. Management is supportive and responsive. So much more to say with more space; appointing Greenfield Court care team is the best decision we ever made.

Due to unforeseen circumstances, I and my husband found ourselves needing some daily support. I am overwhelmed by the care and support we have received, nothing is too much trouble for the wonderful carers. We are made to feel like we belong to one big family. We could also not be happier with our beautiful apartment, clean, bright and modern with the added security of knowing help is at hand 24 hours a day. At this time in our lives, we wanted to feel safe, secure and cared for and Greenfield Court Care and The Cuttings have certainly delivered.
