Unity care have looked after both my parents for the last year. Every single carer has been fantastic - they really made an effort to get to know my parents and were so friendly. The care was excellent and regular reviews ensured care changed as it was needed. As inevitably happens there were occasions
where things weren't quite right and the management team listened to concerns and acted quickly and effectively. If you are looking for carers I would highly recommend Unity.

We came to Unity Care after bad experiences with other care agencies, I can honestly say it was the best decision we made.
From the care staff to the office staff we are amazed at how professional , caring , and respectful everyone is. If we have any concerns and speak to the office or the carers it
has been rectified immediately , my son has very bad trust issues but with this care team he is happy and often cheeky to the girls , they put him at ease and talk to him about everything they're doing with and for him.
I cannot recommend this care team enough , and I personally would like to say a massive thank you to the whole team for showing us how a care agency should be .

Unity Care is the best thing that has happened to me. They supported me for the last 2 years and have shown incredible care and kindness. The carers each have their own individual personalities which I find exhilarating and their companionship is priceless.

The Unity carers have really stepped up at a particularly difficult time for my elderly parents and have provided kind, thoughtful and effective care and support when we as a family needed it most. Unity have also been super responsive when we have needed to ask for extra hours or when we have needed
to ask them to refine or evolve the care plan to accommodate my parents' developing care needs. I would thoroughly recommend them as a team. The app is also great - very convenient and informative!

The care my mum received from Unity Care was second to none. At short notice, they arranged daily care and went above and beyond what was expected, providing her with happy carers who arrived on time and made her smile every day. I would highly recommend anyone who is considering carers to use Unity

Unity Care Specialists have been providing care for my mum for over a year now starting with daytime care leading to full-time live-in carers, right from the start I have felt absolutely supported, and knowing that Mum has been in safe hands has been so comforting. I have been so impressed by the care
Mum has received and have witnessed the carers going above and beyond in the dementia care provided. The company has a fantastic care structure from the care assistants right up to the management. I feel lucky that Unity Care was able to keep my mum in her own home for as long as safely possible. Very big thanks to a very special company.

Working well alongside another care company. Unity provided my father with end-of-life care in a respectful and upmost dignified way. Great communication and advice were provided to the family. I'm glad my father was in safe hands.

Unity Care provided great care for my mum day to day and when she fell in the middle of the night, a carer came out and was there when the ambulance arrived. The carer then made sure my mother’s bungalow was clean and ready for her when she came home. She took some clothes home to wash and even came
the next day and unblocked the toilet. Amazing! So happy with their service. They really do care! Highly recommended.

My 95-year-old mother needed support from January 2023. She was a proudly independent woman, and we knew that it would be frustrating for her to accept the need for assistance. Thanks to the service provided by the staff, which was very reliable, within a short period there was not one carer who she
did not like and many became good friends to her. They treated her with patience, dignity and respect, allowing her to do as much as she could on her own, whilst at the same time being supportive, encouraging and at all times cognisant of her best interests.
From my wife’s and my perspective, the app gave us a daily insight as to her wellbeing and happiness. It confirmed everything about their individual visits and gave us confidence that she was okay, together with the staff making direct contact if they had any specific concerns.
With regard to cost, they were very flexible and fair. We are grateful to have found them and would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Unity Care Specialists are my mum's carers. I have lots of dealings with them as most things are arranged through myself. I have nothing but praise for their service. The care they provide for my mum is excellent and she loves the ladies that come in. They are always helpful and encouraging to help
Mum help herself. From an outside point, I am always kept informed about Mum and they have always been helpful and accommodating when I contact them. Also, the app they use for Mum, that I have access, to is really useful to keep up to date with Mum on a day-to-day basis.

I have found Unity Care Specialists are very good and caring. With the actual carers, there was one tiny 'blip' which was quickly sorted out. To be honest, I am always happy to see them each morning.

Unity care have been fantastic ever since taking on the care of my wife. I now am able to go to work and feel comfortable and reassured that my wife's needs are in safe hands. All the carers are really engaging and knowledgeable about my wife's condition, and always willing to go the extra mile, when
needed. This carers agency is really good! I would absolutely recommend the service to anyone, especially those that need support with Huntingtons disease.

We have used Unity Care for some months now to assist my husband, who has dementia, in the morning to shower and dress. The carers who come have been, without exception, kind, gentle and professional. It was difficult for my husband to accept he needed such intimate help but they have allowed him to
be as independent as possible and helped him with humour and communication. They also record everything they do and find so that handovers are smooth and easy. I would thoroughly recommend them.
