Richmoe Healthcare in Gosport have given my sister and I peace of mind. They are caring for my 88-year-old, frail mum who doesn't like people in the house or bothering her with anything. She isn't good at knowing what day it is or the time, as she sleeps a lot. My sister and I live 2 hours' drive away,
and we don't drive, so we couldn't just pop in to help her. The carers are giving mum her medication regularly, making sure she eats in a day and is on hand for personal care or falls if needed. We are so grateful to them for their kind and experienced care. It has taken mum time to adjust to having help, but they are patient and super sweet with her. Thanks, Richmoe

If you want a care agency that has a 'person centered approach' knows anything about catheter care, dementia, hygiene, food preparation, accessibility to care plan's, great communication skills, keeping the service user safe and secure in their own home, then Richmoe Healthcare agency is not the company
you want to have near your loved ones. Keep clear!

This included involving the District Nurses' Matron to assist with creating a catheter care plan and assigning only senior carers to your loved one's care. All our staff are trained in dementia care and hold Care Certificates, which include training in food preparation, hygiene, and other essential areas. Our manager was highly responsive to your concerns and worked diligently alongside other health professionals to ensure your family member remained safe and secure in their own home. This was the first time I needed carers. The manager and staff were all very professional in their manner. The carers were respectful towards me, maintained my dignity, and took care of me in a friendly and empathic way. I have poor balance but always feel in safe hands, especially when getting in/out
of the shower.
I would be confidently recommending Richmoe.

I have a carer in the morning to make breakfast. I do not think this service is needed anymore as carers are usually in for max 10 minutes, and I can now do things for myself. Also, I have to pay so it's not financially worth the money charged. My main carer is absolutely fantastic.

Although there have been problems, these were addressed swiftly and communications have been easy via text with the manager. The app means I am informed after each visit of care administered and any problems are highlighted. Four visits a day and now a regular five carers, who are efficient and caring.

The Richmoe Healthcare team has been a great support to my father's medical needs. They are very attentive, reliable and always at hand to help. They are a great asset to have as a support system for the family as a whole as having them provide care means the rest of the family can also continue to
focus on other life tasks to support each other. Very understanding of different needs and requirements and can adapt their care programme to suit the family lifestyle. They are also easy to communicate with and their managers, nurses and carers are very friendly and accessible so you know your family is in safe hands.

The service provided has always been very good and the staff very friendly. I feel very well looked after. They’ve even gone above and beyond what I would normally expect and came at short notice when I had a dressing that fell off and needed to be replaced. Would definitely recommend them.
